Pleasant, convenient and other than the mattress, comfortable.
Pros:

Very clean-rooms and common areas, great breakfast served but extremely pleasant staff, great location but as I’m sure you hear often, parking is sketchy.

Cons:

Mattress on the bed was extremely hard! I like a firm mattress but this one was close to solid stone! At least that’s how it felt to me.

We'll be back!
Pros:

Super clean room and comfortable! Great location for access to the Blue Ridge Railroad and downtown shopping & dining. We will definitely return.

Cons:

Breakfast could have had another hot entree option. Bed was a bit too firm for us. However, we are used to a Sleep Number bed, so that wasn't surprising.

Was very pleased with this day, even though when we got there to check in at 2 o’clock, we were told that we couldn’t ch

Cons:

Even though it is a newer hotel there were some issues with the room. Balcony door wouldn’t close. Screws coming out of the wall

Excellent location. The front rooms have a view of the train. Private parking.
The restaurant on site is very nice. Great drinks and the food looked good. They have a trendy patio.
Staff was fantastic. Rooms were clean.

Great location for Blue Ridge GA
Pros:

Great location for downtown Blue Ridge. You can walk to everything. Note that downtown BR is small but nice. The hotel was a standard Hampton except they have a very nice rooftop bar. Definitely stop there for a drink. Breakfast not as good as some other Hamptons, but still okay. Another note - there is an antique train next to the hotel. They blow the whistle every morning at 7 am.

Check in was a hassle. Only one of 3 rooms ready. A couple of hours after normal check for other 2.
Pros:

Very convenient. Clean, but bedding was disshuveled.

Cons:

The front desk staff were not up to expectations. Not as expected at a Hampton property.

Excellent location for walking the town
Pros:

This is an excellent location for walking and exploring the town. They have a (additional fee) paid parking lot at the hotel. Hotel was quiet and had the type spaces we needed for a family with kids and grandchildren stay. Suites were generous and had large sink area with door to separate it from the shower area and from the room. Plenty breakfast area inside and outside space in the mornings for sitting/eating. All of our littles found good things to eat. The train is directly in front of the hotel but it was not traveling the days we were there. Odd numbered rooms face the tracks and town. A nice spot with the usual Hampton quality.

It was good
Pros:

Both excellent

Cons:

The room was not very good for my disabled son. But there could have been a misunderstanding on my part. The house keeper brought extra pads and cover for my son and it worked out.
