Einfach hervorragend.
Pros:

Einfach alles… von der ersten Minute an, war alles sehr gut. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir konnten auch abends spontan noch ein Abendessen bekommen, obwohl wir spät ankamen. Das Frühstück am nächsten Tag war hervorragend, sowohl was Qualität als auch Auswahl angeht. So etwas findet man fast nie.
Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und nicht mit dem obligatorischen Standard zu vergleichen.

Rundum super Hotel mit guter Anbindung am ÖPNV
Pros:

Hotels haben selten eine so gute Durchschnittsbewertung. Das INCLUDiO hat sie sich verdient! Ein modernes Gebäude, großzügiges Zimmer, gutes Bett, Schreibtisch. Großes Badezimmer. Leckeres und sehr umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet. Sehr nettes Personal. Bushaltestellen direkt vor der Tür und in 100 m Abstand. Sehr ruhige Wohnstraße. Sauna. Und das alles für einen moderaten Preis. Wir kommen sicherlich wieder.

you don't get what you pay for
Pros:

nice clean place convenient parking and location , very interesting concept how the run this Hotel very nice big room and a very nice large Shower room for disabled people , Good Breakfast

Cons:

Building side was not mention on your side and an the Hotel side so very disappointed ,waking up by loud noises every morning , food in restaurant was disappointing for what it was and what the charged

Hier fühlt man sich einfach wohl.
Pros:

Zentrale Lage in einem ruhigen und begrüntem Stadtviertel, unweit von Parkanlagen und Wald. Nähe von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Gaststätten. Bestens eingerichteter Neubau mit allem Komfort und geräumiger Tiefgarage. Die soziale Eingliederung ist das Grundprinzip dieses Hauses und daraus ergibt sich eine erfrischende Willkommenskultur.

Cons:

C’est la troisième fois que nous séjournons dans cet hôtel et nous avions réservé deux chambres doubles. Cependant, l’une des chambres attribuées était équipée d’un lit médicalisé, donnant une ambiance d’hôpital, alors que nous n’avions jamais demandé ce type de chambre. Nous avons sollicité un changement, ce que le personnel a effectué, mais la nouvelle chambre contenait du linge qui n’était pas propre.

Dans l’autre chambre, dès notre arrivée, nous avons constaté qu’une serviette déjà utilisée se trouvait dans la salle de bain.

C’est la première fois que nous vivons une expérience décevante dans cet établissement.
