Très bel établissement, propre, belle décoration, personnel très gentil, très bon emplacement à Agia Pelagia proche Heraklion et Rethymnon.
Confort du matelas horrible. Ça ou une planche en bois, il n'y avait pas de différence. Nous n'avons donc pas dormi pendant 3 nuits. Surprenant d'avoir un matelas aussi inconfortable dans un hôtel aussi moderne et splendide en terme de décor.
Pas de possibilité de massage en cabine duo avec sa moitié. Prestation proposée uniquement seul.Dommage pour un 5 etoiles disposant d'un spa, du coup on ne consomme pas...
Petit déjeuner très simple pour un hôtel comme ça. Le personnel est adorable et aux petits soins mais la prestation n'y est pas.
Piscine privée non chauffée. Donc malheureusement, sur des journées avec du vent et une légère baisse de température, vous n'y mettez pas un orteil. Dommage.
Conclusion 500€/nuit, rapport qualité prix médiocre.
Établissement bien trop cher pour la prestation fournie.
Accueil chaleureux, personnel attentifs et au petit soin pour nous, confort, vue exceptionnelle et repas succulents.

We had the most amazing stay at Castello Infinity Suites and honestly could not recommend it enough. From the moment we arrived, every member of staff made us feel so welcome and so special. The reception team, dining staff, bartenders and managers were all incredible — so warm, attentive and genuinely lovely throughout our stay.
The food was absolutely delicious, and breakfast was a real highlight each morning. There was a lovely continental selection as well as a made-to-order menu, which made it feel really special and gave us so much choice.
The hotel itself was spotless, beautifully maintained and had such a relaxing atmosphere. We absolutely loved having our own private pool, which made the stay feel even more luxurious and peaceful.
We were also there for my boyfriend’s birthday, and the team went above and beyond to make the day feel special for him. It was such a thoughtful touch and something we’ll really remember from the trip.
Everything about our stay felt personal, relaxing and memorable, and we came away feeling so well looked after. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Crete and would absolutely love to return in the future. Thank you so much to the whole team for making our stay so special. 🤍

The hotel is absolutely gorgeous, clean, and peaceful. What made our stay truly special was the incredible hospitality—especially from the hotel manager, who went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed and even surprised us with a thoughtful gift at the end of our stay! Such genuine care and attention to detail. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable trip!

Das Design war schön.
Das Gym war nur sehr sehr klein. Unsere Zimmer wurden nicht gereinigt (auch nach Ausflügen die bis 18h dauerten). Es gab Personalprobleme die man als Entschuldigung genommen hat (interessiert mich allerdings in einem 5* Hotel nicht denn dafür zahle ich ja). Der Duft in den oberen Stockwerken war zu stark.
