Exceptional stay, a little bit extra special because of the people
Pros:

Everything was fantastic for our birthday celebration stay. From incredible hospitality (easy booking of cabs, etc.), beautiful location,right by the beach and some fantastic tavernas and dive shops, very comfortable room, great food and atmosphere. The chef is incredible and we had an amazing private dinner. Thoughtful touches to make sure our staff was extra special. We can't wait to be back!!

Cons:

A couple of things - one morning the plumbing in the bathroom caused some noise and smell on the top floor, assuming it was a common thing as it stopped after a few minutes. The soap in the bathroom wasn't refilled, but this is very minor.

Perfect rooms, beautiful hotel, but the staff made it extra special , look forward to coming back

Everything was perfect, warm welcome upon check in, the room was perfect , Eric the manager was extremely helpful and friendly,breakfast was amazing and being greeted by the lovely Eleftheria every morning was a great start to the day, she's a real credit to the hotel, all the staff were so friendly and warm, unfortunately I didn't catch any more names..

מלון חדש ומאד יפה. קיבלנו חדר צופה לים עם מרפסת ענקית. הצוות מאד נחמד. ארוחת הבוקר נחמדה מכינים מה שמבקשים. הכל ברמה גבוהה שווה .

A memorable and romantic stay of the highest quality.
Pros:

This place was by far the highlight of our trip to Greece. From the moment we arrived the staff treated us exceptionally well, going the extra mile with accommodations. The restaurant was top notch when we ate there for breakfast, lunch or dinner with a high quality and varied menu. A highlight was a sunset dinner with a live saxophonist performing into the evening with the calm bay in the background. Our room was spacious, comfortable and relaxing with a plunge pool and loungers. Location is perfect, steps away from a lovely beach town with restaurants and shops that was pleasantly tranquil during our mid-May visit. Will hopefully be returning here during a future Greek island trip.

Durch dieses wunderbare Hotel wunde es ein traumhafter Urlaub

Bei der Ankunft wurden wir sehr herzlich begrüßt.
Unser Zimmer bekamen wir schon vor den check in und wir wurden auch mit einem kleinen Frühstück verwöhnt. Die Koffer wurden derweilen auf unser Zimmer - das über ein paar Stufen erreichbar ist - getragen. Das waren unsere ersten guten Eindrücke.
Unser Zimmer – Moonstone - war zwar klein (das haben wir gewusst) doch sehr gemütlich und zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Das Bad war ausreichend groß. Eine große Terrasse mit Liegen und Sitzgelegenheiten mit wunderschönem Blick auf das Meer und die Bucht. Im Zimmer fanden wir eine gute Flasche Rotwein, eine kleine Flasche Raki, Obst und süßes Gebäck vor. Da mein Mann am Ankunftstag Geburtstag hatte, wurde später auch noch eine kleine, super leckere Torte mit einer Kerze vorbeigebracht 😊Im Hotel war es sehr ruhig.
Das Personal höflich und zuvorkommend. Der Hotelmanager erkundigte sich immer wieder nach unserem befinden. Die Damen an der Rezeption waren sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Zimmer sauber.
Das Frühstück konnte man aus einer Karte wählen und auch hier war das Personal überaus aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Das Essen war von hoher Qualität und sehr schön zubereitet. Parkplätze waren ausreichend vorhanden. Vom Hotelparkplatz konnten wir gleich in unser Zimmer gehen. Das war sehr angenehm.
Zum Restaurant und zu der Spa-Anlage kann ich nichts schreiben, da wir sie nicht besucht haben. Ein paar Schritte vom Hotel gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt, eine kleine Promenade mit Geschäften und Restaurant und den Strand.

Cons:

Für mich hätte es im Badezimmer etwas heller sein können. Aber sonst war alles mehr als perfekt!!

Excellent would definitely stay again.
Pros:

The location was fantastic, service could not have been better. Our room was beautiful, everything as we expected and more. Breakfast was really good and cooked to order, again service was excellent. Highly recommend this hotel!
