Otel,odalar,ekip ve yemekler çok güzeldi
Pros:

Otelde karsılama yapan tüm ekip çok güleryüzlüydü ve özellikle kahvaltısı mükemmeldi .Kahvaltı servisi çok iyiydi

Un magnifique séjour et surtout un personnel exceptionnel !

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour au Castello Infinity Suites et en gardons un excellent souvenir.

Le cadre est magnifique, la chambre très belle , spacieuse, contemporaine et agréable, et nous avons pleinement profité de ce superbe endroit.

Mais ce que nous souhaitons souligner avant tout, c’est l’extrême gentillesse du personnel. Tout le monde est absolument charmant, souriant, attentionné et toujours prêt à faire plaisir.

Une mention toute particulière à Madame Liberty, au petit-déjeuner, dont la gentillesse et la bonne humeur nous ont enchantés chaque matin. Un grand merci également au monsieur qui s’occupait de nous au dîner, toujours aussi sympathique et attentionné, ainsi qu’aux dames chargées de l’entretien, adorables et toujours souriantes.

La restauration mérite également d’être soulignée. Les petits-déjeuners, généreux et gourmands, servis à table, étaient un véritable plaisir pour commencer la journée. Quant au restaurant du soir, il était tout à fait à l’image de ce que l’on attend d’une bonne table grecque : une cuisine savoureuse, généreuse et authentique, que nous avons beaucoup appréciée.

Mais au-delà de la beauté des lieux et de la qualité de la cuisine, c’est véritablement ce personnel exceptionnel qui donne à cet établissement toute son âme et qui rend le séjour si agréable.

Tout était parfait !

Un immense merci à toute l’équipe pour ce très beau séjour. Nous repartons avec de merveilleux souvenirs et beaucoup de reconnaissance pour toutes ces délicates attentions.

Un établissement que nous recommandons chaleureusement et où nous aurions grand plaisir à revenir !

Das schönste Hotel mit dem nettesten Personal in dem ich bisher war.
Pros:

Das Personal ist wirklich außerordentlich freundlich und gibt sich alle Mühe, dass man sich wohl fühlt. Lieblingsgerichte werden sich gemerkt und sofort wieder serviert. Es werden einem buchstäblich die Wünsche von den Augen abgelesen.

Ein wunderbares Hotel mit toller Lage, herzlichem Personal, sehr gutem Essen und einer bezaubernden Hotelkatze: Wir habe

Wir hatten einen rundum schönen Aufenthalt! Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal, und unser Zimmer hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das extrem freundliche und herzliche Personal, bei dem wir uns jederzeit willkommen gefühlt haben. Ein echtes Highlight war außerdem die Hotelkatze Silvi, die uns mit ihrem Charme sofort für sich gewonnen hat. Auch das Essen war sehr gut. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Cons:

Das Bett war für meinen Geschmack etwas zu hart bzw. bereits durchgelegen. Beim Essen hatte ich mit meiner Ernährungsform (vegan und glutenfrei) leider kaum Auswahl. Fairerweise muss man sagen, dass Gäste, die sich rein vegetarisch oder rein glutenfrei ernähren, eine gute Auswahl vorfinden, nur die Kombination aus beidem ist bisher schwierig.

Ein rundum perfekter Aufenthalt!
Pros:

Das Hotel hat uns von der ersten Sekunde an begeistert. Schon bei der Anreise wurden wir mit einer Flasche Wein, leckerem Gebäck und einem frischen Früchteteller aufs Haus überrascht – ein fantastischer Start. Das Personal war durchweg super nett, herzlich und zuvorkommend. Unser absolutes Highlight war der Pool, wunderschön und mit einer herrlich warmen, angenehmen Temperatur. 👍👍 Wir kommen definitiv sehr gerne wieder!

The restaurant staff were fantastic and so was the food.

Cons:

At over €500 per night for the diamond suite, this property is nowhere near five-star standard.
We arrived to a room with a strong sewage smell masked by strong fragrance, a bath that had no hot water, an uncomfortable old bed and a poorly maintained room. Our request for an early checkout and refund was refused, with an inferior property an hour away offered instead and no refund in the the 400€ a night price difference.
Some issues were eventually addressed like the bed replaced and hot water fixed , but only after a sleepless uncomfortable night. This did not mean the unmaintained room with a stained couch and towels with holes made us feel like we were staying at a 5* property
I strongly recommend booking elsewhere.

Pros:

Charmantes und ruhiges Boutique-Hotel in wunderschöner Lage. Auch die Aussicht von den Zimmern auf die Bucht ist herrlich. Für unser zweites Zimmer haben wir sogar ein kostenloses Upgrade erhalten, damit wir alle nebeneinander wohnen konnten – eine sehr nette Geste, die unseren Aufenthalt noch schöner gemacht hat. Die Rezeptionistin am Abend war ausserdem freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Schade fanden wir, dass das Wasser im privaten Pool nur auf etwa 24°C beheizt wird. Für diese Jahreszeit war uns das leider deutlich zu kühl, sodass wir den Pool praktisch nicht nutzen konnten. Wir waren während unserer Reise in mehreren Hotels auf Kreta und hatten auch eine Unterkunft mit einem auf etwa 28–30°C beheizten Privatpool – der Unterschied im Komfort war enorm.

Ich verstehe natürlich die ökologischen und wirtschaftlichen Gründe für eine niedrigere Wassertemperatur. Aus Gästesicht finde ich es dennoch schade, da ein wirklich warmer Privatpool den Aufenthalt gerade ausserhalb der Hochsaison deutlich aufwerten würde. Bei 24°C haben wir letztlich vor allem die wunderschöne Aussicht von der Terrasse genossen, während der Pool für uns eher ein optisches Highlight blieb.

מלון שברגע שעוזבים מתכננים מתי חוזרים אליו. מושלם לחופשה.
Pros:

מלון מהמם במיקום מושלם עם נוף ומרחק צעדים מחוף הים והמסעדות. החדר מאוד מרווח עם בריכה פרטית עם מים חמימים שמתאימה בכל מזג אויר ושעה. השירות במלון יוצא דופן. כל אנשי הצוות מסבירי פנים ונכונים לכל בקשה / שאלה. מלון שקט ונעים המיטה נוחה, החדר מעוצב ונוח, ארוחת הבוקר והערב איכותיות וטעימות. נהנינו מאוד מהמלון, מהארוחות, מהשירות.......

Cons:

התאורה במקלחת מאוד חלשה, כך שלא נוח אם רוצים להתארגן.
היה חסר לנו מתקן לתליית בגדים, בגדי ים ומגבות במרפסת, כך שבכל פעם שטבלנו בבריכה הרטבנו את רצפת החדר.
