The hotel is absolutely gorgeous, clean, and peaceful. What made our stay truly special was the incredible hospitality—especially from the hotel manager, who went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed and even surprised us with a thoughtful gift at the end of our stay! We had the most amazing stay at Castello Infinity Suites and honestly could not recommend it enough. From the moment we arrived, every member of staff made us feel so welcome and so special. The reception team, dining staff, bartenders and managers were all incredible — so warm, attentive and genuinely lovely throughout our stay.
The food was absolutely delicious, and breakfast was a real highlight each morning. There was a lovely continental selection as well as a made-to-order menu, which made it feel really special and gave us so much choice.
The hotel itself was spotless, beautifully maintained and had such a relaxing atmosphere. We absolutely loved having our own private pool, which made the stay feel even more luxurious and peaceful.
We were also there for my boyfriend’s birthday, and the team went above and beyond to make the day feel special for him. It was such a thoughtful touch and something we’ll really remember from the trip.
Everything about our stay felt personal, relaxing and memorable, and we came away feeling so well looked after. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Crete and would absolutely love to return in the future. Thank you so much to the whole team for making our stay so special. 🤍

Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour dans cet hôtel. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’accueil, le confort et l’ambiance générale de l’établissement. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour sa gentillesse, sa disponibilité et son attention tout au long de notre séjour.

Das Design war schön.
Das Gym war nur sehr sehr klein. Unsere Zimmer wurden nicht gereinigt (auch nach Ausflügen die bis 18h dauerten). Es gab Personalprobleme die man als Entschuldigung genommen hat (interessiert mich allerdings in einem 5* Hotel nicht denn dafür zahle ich ja). Der Duft in den oberen Stockwerken war zu stark.

Un accueil chaleureux et extrêmement bienveillant. Chambre magnifiquement décorée, grande, très bien équipée, calme, petite piscine rien qu'à nous, vue superbe, petit déjeuner servi à table, personnel très pro. Tout était parfait.

Personalen på hotellet var fullständigt underbara! Kändes som att komma hem till bekanta. Eric och John tar verkligen sitt jobb på allvar och kan inte nog berömma dem och all övrig personal för den delen.
Extremt välgjord frukost som dels beställdes in från meny och dels fanns som kontinental (båda ingick i vårt paket).
Närhet till havet, stranden, mini market och restauranger var ett stort plus!
Restaurangen var som sagt av högsta klass och det gällde inte minst vid kvällssittningarna. Adults only som håller måttet, även på restaurangen som kunde ta gäster utifrån.
Hittar inget att klaga på eller förbättra.

We would like to especially thank the management team and the front desk staff for their kind hospitality and top notch recommendations.
Amazing little gem in that area. Amazing staff, friendly and easy to connect with. All dedicated to make sure you have everything you need and more. Take time to connect you won’t regret it. The property is well located, from breakfast to diner, clean and comfortable. Worth a visit, or two…or more. Don’t forget to say hi to Sylvia, the cat that will greet you at your table every day.
