We had an amazing stay! The view was absolutely breathtaking, the room was very comfortable and amongst the most beautiful we have stayed in! The food was outstanding and every aspect of our stay exceeded our expectations. All of the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. A special thank you to the Reservations Manager, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. We would definitely love to come back and highly recommend spending your vacation here!

Our stay here was absolutely amazing! We had an amazing corner room with a huge balcony and a beautiful private pool, the room itself was also fantastic and super clean. The staff was phenomenal, everyone was so nice and attentive and really did the most to make our stay perfect, we arrived late due to a delay in our flight and they had organized some cheese, fruits, sweets and wine for us. I also had a massage which was amazing.
Overall, this hotel is one of the best we’ve stayed at, and we can’t wait to come back one day!!

Thank your for a wonderful, truly remarkable stay! As we booked last minute, we were staying in two different room categories. While „Ruby“ is probably the most remarkable Suite of the Hotel, both had stunning views.
The food was definitely one of our highlights - with a great variety of choices! The majority of the breakfast is served á la carte. If you stay here, you NEED to try the Tiramisu French Toast! It made us look forward to every morning :)

We have a truly enjoyed our time here and happily come back again. Highly recommended!

Starting from the staff, the great Eric and all of the others, each and every facility in the hotel was carefully selected to give the guests a perfect experience with the highest quality.

The room is Hugh, the bad is great, the pool is in perfect size and the breakfast was terrific.

האווירה במלון היתה רגועה מאוד ונינוחה, הצוות היה מאוד שירותי , המיקום של המלון ממש צופה על כל המפרץ, והגישה לחוף ממש נוחה.
השירות חדרים היה מאוד יסודי.
קיבלנו את החדר לפני הזמן.
אנחנו היינו על בסיס ארוחת בוקר, שהיתה טובה , ובערב הופכת למסעדה , התפריט די מגוון לכל סוגי האוכל.

הייתה לי חוויה נהדרת, הגעתי כדי לחגוג את יום הולדתי וזו הייתה בחירה מצויינת !
רוצה לציין את אנה ושאר נשות הקבלה שהיו אדיבות ונעימות, תמיד קיבלו אותי עם חיוך ווידאו שאני בסדר ושמחו לסייע..
החדר שלקחתי הוא בשני מפלסים רחב וכייפי במיוחד הבריכה, כשהגעתי חיכה לי יין, משקה ומטעמים מקומיים זה היה מאוד נחמד מצידם.
ביום ההולדת הפתיעו אותי עם עוגה לחדר ממש חימם את הלב!
המסעדה מעולה, הצוות וביניהם קוסטאס השף היו נחמדים מאוד,
לי היו הגבלות באוכל כך שלא יכולתי לאכול כל דבר, והיה להם חשוב שאני מרוצה והיו מוכנים גם להכין דברים מחוץ לתפריט, לא מובן מאליו כלל!
בערב הראשון היה כנר, בערב אחר טעימות יין, הנוף מהמסעדה מדהים והיה תענוג לאכול שם ארוחות בוקר וערב...
מרחק הליכה קצר מהחוף והטיילת הקטנה מה שנותן יתרון, נותנים גם מגבת שמיועדת לחוף.
כשעזבתי נתנו לי צנצנת דבש במתנה, סיומת מתוקה לחוייה המדהימה שהייתה לי..
מי שמחפש שקט בשילוב של פינוק זה המקום! ממליצה בחום!

Der Service war Spitzenklasse! Zu meinem Geburtstag (der in die Urlaubszeit fiel) gab es einen Kuchen, man hat sich sensationell um uns gekümmert!

ויש אווירה נעימה מאוד במיוחד בשעות הערב
(באופן כללי הכפר הזה שקט ונעים )

יש סופר מרקט מעבר לכביש
חניה נוחה ונגישה
החדר שאנחנו קיבלנו היה מרווח נעים ומאובזר היטב
המים בבריכה בחדר נעימים וקיבלנו חדר עם הרבה שעות שמש ( ביקשנו) אז היה נעים להיום בבריכה גם בשעות הערב
הצוות אדיב ונחמד

ארוחת הבוקר נהדרת , יש בופה נחמד אבל עיקר האוכל והמגוון מתפריט (שניתן לשינויים ) ומאוד מספק
הצוות שם זרם עם כל הבקשות שלנו והרגשנו בבית

This wasn’t my first time in Crete, and I can honestly say that if you’re looking for a luxurious hotel in a beautiful, quiet area that’s still close to great restaurants, attractions, and plenty of things to do, this is the perfect place to stay.

מלון מדהים! חדש נקי עם חדרים ענקיים!! היה מדהים!

מלון פשוט מדהים!!! צוות אדיב, מקצועי ומסביר פנים. החל מאריקוס המנהל וכולל את כל צוות המלון והמסעדה(מלצרים, קבלה, ספא). יחס נעים ואישי. כולם עשו הכל כדי שנרגיש בבית. החדרים מהממים, בכל חדר יש בריכה פרטית. האוכל בארוחת הבוקר מגוון ועשיר וכל ביס הוא פשוט מעדן. הכל ניתן בנדיבות וברוחב לב. האוכל במסעדת המלון טעים, השף מקסים ומוכשר והנוף פשוט חלומי. יש מענה גם לטבעונים ולצמחונים.
המלון במרחק של 2 דקות הליכה מהים. הכל פשוט נפלא!! היתה לנו חופשה מושלמת. תודה🙏🏻
