Cons:

The front doors were locked and you had to wait in front desk staff to let you in to check in. I know because of the location it’s for security purposes but it was a little inconvenient standing there waiting on staff to come from behind the counter to let us in to check in.

The facility was fairly good.

Cons:

The soap in the shower was empty and the pump came apart in the shower. I had to get out of the shower and use the soap at the sink and get back in the shower.
