Excellent stay!
Pros:

Staff was very helpful and welcoming. Property was super clean and food was excellent. Great splash park for kids.

Cons:

The fact that people are allowed to smoke at the pool which I find unacceptable. You would go there to relax and someone would start smoking next to you and ruin your whole day. We had to move several times for this reason. There were even people smoking in the kids space. Smokers should have a designated space far far away from non smokers and kids. We need to stop normalising smoking in spaces like this and us - non smokers and kids - having to accept being poisoned by smokers.

Fantastic stay!
Pros:

We had a very pleasant stay. We enjoyed everything the hotel had to offer. Especially the spa and sauna. The Turkish bath and massage was amazing, Turul is the best masseuse I ever met. The food was lovely and staff very helpful. Waterslides and pool top class. We hope to come back!
