Was een top hotel.
Pros:

Alles was naar wens. Uitstekende voorzieningen, comfortabel en het eten was ook goed.

Cons:

Geen opmerking, prijs wel aan de hoge kant.

Essen top, Sauberkeit & Pools top, gerne wieder
Pros:

SEHR SEHR gutes Essen, wenn man bedenkt dass es ein All-In Hotel ist und haufenweise Leute bekocht werden müssen. Wer was anderes behauptet hat keine Ahnung, Sushi war richtig lecker sowie die Suppen. Fleisch hat auch immer sehr gut geschmeckt und türkische Küche 15/10. Hotelanlage sehr sauber, es wird permanent geputzt und aufgeräumt. Zimmer sehr groß und ebenfalls sauber, für Unterhaltung wurde gesorgt. Poolbereiche auch immer stets sauber. Kaffee auch nicht schlecht für eine All in Anlage.

Cons:

Snackbar am Pool : leider typisches All Inclusive feeling mit nicht do gutem Fast Food

It was an okay stay but nothing exceptional. There’s room for plenty improvement
Pros:

It was generally okay but I’ve stayed in better . I booked calyptus because Belazur was unavailable. Trusting the Kirman brand , I must say Belazur fell short. But it was okay

Cons:

Daily cleaning was horrible. The cleaning company should be changed . I kept asking them to detail the room but they didn’t or couldn’t. I even had the guest relations staff come up to my room to take pictures of uncleaned spots and stains that I had complained about for days.
The main restaurant had a funny fishy smell every time.
The food fell short of what I enjoyed at Kirman Belazur last year . The Kid’s club was also sub -par. Not enough facilities and activities for kids. Again I compare apples with apples. Belazur vs Calyptus.
Our friends that booked for 6 nights left on the 4th night (forfeited their money because it was a non-refundable booking) because they didn’t like it there .
The gym should open earlier and the machines fixed .

Pros:

L’hôtel est récent donc stop ne vous faites pas avoir par les photos splendide, c’est vrai que les chambres et l’hôtel est moderne mais la piscine reste trop petite pour accueillir les clients.
Le restaurant était varié mais les desserts trop fades et basic.
Le personnel est soignant et souriant.
La propreté des chambres est très bien et le personnel travail autour de la piscine et le restaurant font attention aux sols et nettoie bien les tables.

Cons:

Mais la piscine est trop petite et devient vite sal des que du monde rentre dans la piscine l’eau devient troublé.
La nourriture bonne mais certaines plats étaient représentés le lendemain avec de l’eau rajouter dans les sauces malheureusement avec des goût qui changent et les desserts temps basics tout le temps des desserts farineux pas grands choix comme dessert et les gateaux sans goût.
Pas beaucoup de transats autour de la piscines et surtout surtout la plage de l’hôtel est ridiculement ridicule tout petit coincé entre les magasins et le transport amusant avec le train n’existe pas il est en panne a ce qu’il parait mais toujours annoncé dans vos pub comme fonctionnable mais nous sommes très déçu de la plage.

Wonderful hotel where you can enjoy every day and get unbelievable memories.
Pros:

It’s amazing hotel with friendly personal.
The food was great. Activities/events were wonderful. It was pleasure to stay and enjoy holiday over here.

All in all quite ok.
Pros:

Interior is nice, pools are nice too. Most of the staff friendly. Activity crew, DJ and barmen Harun were exceptional.
Good value for money.

Cons:

Food pretty much the same every day. Sometimes seems like there was short of staff in some places, and need to wait to be served. Was pretty empty most of the time especially in the evenings. Bars were not open overnight.
Also didn't like Ivo and Misha offering massage or to buy leathers 10 times a day. Once is enough if i want something I will find them myself. Don't need to offer 100 times daily.

Personal sehr unfreundlich, Reception unfreundlich, Hotel 700m von Strand entfernt obwohl auf die Booking steht am Strand, strand sehr dreckig und duschen gingen es nicht, andauernd warten auf das Auto der zum Strand die Menschen bringen, es hat meine Probleme niemanden interessiert, seit 30 jahre war ich in Side aber sowas habe ich noch nicht erlebt, essen jeden Tag fast nur das gleiche. Horror mit ein 6 Jähriges Kind und alleine🤯🤯🤯

Pros:

Overall a pleasant and well-maintained stay. The main issue was the top floor AC, which didn't work properly and made nights uncomfortably hot. The pool was quite cold, though that's expected in late April. The buffet offered good quality food but became repetitive. Dinner drinks are self-service, and service can be inattentive at times.

The animation team was balanced and not intrusive. The in-house barber was excellent. The beach area seemed fine, though I didn't spend much time there.

Staff were consistently friendly and helpful, and the 24/7 chat support was very responsive.

Cons:

The à la carte restaurants weren't worth it, as the food was similar to the buffet and service felt overwhelmed.

The Hammam staff were quite pushy with upselling, even after treatments which was annoying...

Всё супер, но не 1 линия!
Pros:

Всё было супер! Персонал прекрасный, отзывчивый. Разнообразие еды и напитков, есть детское меню. Меню коктейлей отдельно порадовало.
Аквапарк взрослый и детский, детская площадка, детский клуб и комнаты развлекательные есть. Отель семейный, шоу программа заканчивается в 23:00 и тишина. Для нас это было важным, чтобы не было шумно и дети могли отдыхать.

Cons:

Это не 1 линия! Из отеля везет трансфер и меня это очень расстроило, ведь при поиске отеля для меня был один из важных пунктов - 1 линия. В остальном, всё было идеально!
