Some hiccups for the convenience of staying next to the surgical center for my husband’s surgery.
1. given room keys and assigned an occupied room
2. no coffee creamer in s cond assigned room and no coffee or to go breakfast for early morning departure at 5:50AM
3. electronic security on elevators was lax. Anyone could enter from garage floor with another guest and go to the same floor.
Clean and comfortable
The parking fee. What is up with that? Absolutely ridiculous.
It was clean and service was exceptional.

The hotel is ok, breakfast is good, but the staff there is not professional nor helpful. They Over charged us for parking, and not ready to fix their mistake once we noticed and asked for a correction .
Everything
The continental breakfast was pretty good. Having the ability to do laundry was beneficial as we had a couple loads to wash. The location was good as it was easy to get on the highway to get to all of our destinations.
There were kids in the room above us most of the week who made a ton of noise running around in the room. The cleaning staff wasn't consistent in how they cleaned the room; often leaving us with unemptied trash cans, a lack of towels, tissues, and soap. I had to go to the front desk to address the issues, but they didn't seem to be resolved. There was a significant language barrier with the cleaning staff, so it was difficult to communicate with them. We were supposed to have a full-size refrigerator in our suite but ended up with a minifridge that made it difficult to store our food. There were homeless people coming into the hotel to eat breakfast, so security of the facility was a serious concern. This too wasn't resolved during our stay.
They didn't have hot water on our last day of stay.
