We had a wonderful experience during my sister-in-law’s wedding celebrations. Sue took care of us at breakfast and was an absolute delight, attentive, warm, and truly made the morning special.

Sue was amazing, she took the utmost care of me during my stay. She made me special breakfast burritos and made me feel so welcome. I can’t recommend her enough! Thank you, Sue🖤

This hotel is lovely and the staff is so sweet. Sue in the lobby restaurant makes you feel like your mom is taking good care of you.

Do yourself a favor and order the open face toast and cold brew!

Came for biz trip. The only thing impressed me the most is Sue, the lady serving my breakfast.
She is such a wonderful and sweet lady which brights your morning. And she is very professional in every way to make sure you have the best experience in the little small cafe. I love the french toast she recommends and came twice for it!
She probably the best staff I ever met around the difference hotels!!

AC Hotel Austin Hill Country is a very nice hotel. The staff is very kind, especially the breakfast staff. Sue, Frances, and Maria did an excellent job ensuring a great morning each day I stayed. My only complaint would be that the bathroom doors inside the rooms don't function entirely how a door should... A little more privacy would be nice.

The breakfast is amazing! Francys is amazing, kind, caring. She really enjoys her job and is helpful, we need more Francys in the world! The value for the breakfast buffet is unbeatable. I enjoyed it and you will too.

All of the staff are super friendly here. Went down for breakfast and Holden at the front desk was super helpful and directed me to Sue who got my order and made me a delicious coffee.

First time staying here, the customer service we received from Sue and Chris went over and beyond helping us out with our exquisitely delicious breakfast and Jamie at the front desk gave us impeccable customer service! It's been my best hotel experience in the united states so far!

Stayed at AC Austin for a business trip, was a great and relaxing experience. The large comfy room made coming back after work very relaxing. Sue very super helpful showing me the different options for breakfast. I had thought it was just the large plates, but Sue showed me how to get a quick bite in the morning, thank you Sue!
Overall a great experience, and looking to come back in the future!

Francys who served us a wonderful breakfast was so lovely and engaging. Made the start of my day perfect.

It would be good if you can get tvs in the bar area downstairs and maybe close it off.

Also the upstairs bar is very cool but a freaking wind tunnel. Would be great if you can close it off to the elements.

The service here is stellar! The staff would bend over backwards to make your stay an incredible experience. The breakfast choices were varied and had something for everyone. The chef, Maria, made delicious meals. Sue (greeter, waiter) at breakfast, was as sweet as can be. Very attentive and friendly! I appreciate her hospitality. She is a genuine, warm, and all around lovely person. She made everyone who walked into the area feel special!
