Good stay
Need to have glass in washroom for holding toothbrush toothpaste tube etc
The manager and crew were very helpful even though hotel was full house that day
Location and the bar with the swimming pool arrangement was good
The major thing was that on booking.com they have listed the same room as two different listing based on the bed type, namely Executive Room with 2 Single Beds and Executive Room with - 1 Double Bed and they have different rates for both. Now I had booked the Double bed option since I wanted a King Bed, but what did I get - 2 single beds put togehter, in the night, the beds moved and there was a gap between the two... If this was the case, then I might as well had booked the cheaper 2 single beds option and had asked the staff to join the beds.... So this attitude comes across as cheating, and not expected from a property like Majeera Sarovar....
breakfast was amazing
I stayed at Manjeera Sarovar Premiere from 3rd May to 6th May, and honestly my experience was very disappointing.
The biggest issue during my stay was the frequent power cuts. It happened multiple times every day and it became very frustrating, especially in the middle of the night. One incident was really scary — the power went off while we were inside the lift and we got stuck for around 5 minutes. There was no proper communication or reassurance from the staff during that time, and we genuinely did not know what to do. It was an unsafe and stressful experience.
Another major problem was with the room door lock. The door was not locking properly when we stepped out, which made us very uncomfortable about leaving our belongings inside the room. We informed the staff, but the issue was not handled seriously or fixed properly during our stay.
The behavior of the front desk staff also added to the bad experience. A lady named Jyotsna at the reception was very rude and unprofessional while speaking to us. Instead of helping guests politely, her attitude felt dismissive and unfriendly, which is not what you expect from hotel staff.
Overall, the hotel did not meet basic expectations in terms of safety, maintenance, and customer service. The property may look decent from outside, but the actual experience was far from comfortable. I would not recommend staying here unless these issues are seriously improved.
Staff at restaurant must be trained better to serve with a smile
Very average hotel. I liked location and external ambiance. Nothing great.
Worst maintenance and house keeping. Food is below average. Stinking bathrooms. Full damaged furniture in the room. I stayed in executive room. Nightmare for me. I don't visit again.
Location. Room, dining area good. Staff are polite.
On arrival no help to take our bags! The lounge is always occupied by several outsiders, not leaving any place for us to sit in the lounge.
Nice size rooms, clean, hot water, good location
1. The wash rooms for the restaurant are not conveniently located. One has to pass through lobby to get to wash rooms. It is awful to walk through the lobby. This is ridiculous design. I saw a baby cocktail walk through in the bathroom- begs the question what is possibly lurking in the kitchen when food is prepared.
2. For a star hotel the food menu booklet is worse than a road side restaurant presented on a Printed paper.
3. No cloth napkins for dinner with only flimsy paper napkins - does not feel like a start hotel.
4. Taste and quality of food served is not that great.
5. Staff are not well trained and most do not speak local telugu language or understand the menu.
6. Coffee options are limited - no decaf, cappuccino or latte.
Good location. The travel desk is very good.
Local dishes like peserattu, gongura chatni, junnu, avakaya etc need to be included
The experience and aminities are low to the star tariff. Front desk is poor, untrained/less qualified staff. Facilities in room are unorganised. Food is good.
