Maintenance. Toilet stopped up. My 13 year old granddaughter reported it. They gave her a plunger and a trash bag? Windows leaked all over the floor when it rained. They gave us towels to clean it up ourselves. Very poor maintenance and staff help.
The staff was super friendly and the location was perfect.
The parking can be a challenge at times but it wasn't that big of a deal for us because of the location. We walked just about everywhere.
location and value for ocean front room.. Room layout with sink and counter was a plus. The Sea Salt grill was excellent, although small and apparently not part of hotel, which we thought odd, as a grill onsite was one reason we booked.
Property dated and closing beachfront door at 8 seemed early. Bat5hroom needs better maintenance. Shower water ran warm and cool one day, caulk around tub needed work. Bathroom corners needs thorough cleaning. Bathroom fan hummed, but we didn't think it moved any air at all.

The great location isn't worth the stay
I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room should never have been rented in its current condition.
The biggest issue was the balcony. It was in serious need of repairs and was located directly beside the restaurant windows, leaving us with virtually no privacy. It was uncomfortable knowing restaurant guests and staff could easily see onto our balcony.
The room itself had several maintenance problems. The TV barely worked, there was mold in the bathroom, and the overall condition of the hotel was very run-down and poorly maintained.
Security and convenience were also concerning. The exterior doors were randomly locked during times they were supposed to be open until 9:00 p.m., and despite the hotel advertising a 24-hour front desk, there was often no one available.
Another thing that concerned me was that guests were offered a free gift bag in exchange for leaving a positive review on Google or social media and showing it to the staff. This made me question how genuine some of the hotel's online reviews are.
Between the lack of maintenance, poor security, the complete lack of privacy, and the issues with the review incentive, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I've had. Management should address these problems immediately and should not rent out rooms like the one we were given until they are properly repaired and meet basic standards.
