Great room and Breakfast, friendly staff, wonderful location..
Pros:

The breakfast was amazing. It was worth $30 for the both of us at least. We were very impressed.
The room was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Really, at the price point and the amenities there was nothing to dislike!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great stay, but check -in was a hassle using Booking.com
Pros:

parking facility cleanliness, & breakfast

Cons:

I did not like that Booking.com does not allow for multiple names on the reservation. My wife & child arrived first and was denied check-in by the hotel This caused a major and embarrassing situation at the desk (for both sides). The hotel insisted that I call Booking.com, but Booking.com does not have a phone number to call. It took a facetime call and a lot of convincing to get the registrar to allow my wife and child to check in. This would be resolved if multiple names could be added to the Booking.com reservation.

Hotel was nice but be aware about half the staff is rude.
Pros:

I loved the room it was very nice and big. The breakfast was good, and they have many events. There was a young lady at the counter was very nice and polite, free washing machine use, they had their very own kitchen with its own appliances and it was very cool. They also had a wide variety of channels as well.

Cons:

The oatmeal wasn’t good, all the drinks besides the coffee were watered down, water pressure for the showers wasn’t good. Our room was still a lil dirty with a crusty sock in a corner, Staff were Rude to Me as well.

The room breakfast the stay in general except the staff

Cons:

The staff very unfriendly over charged us and promised us another room on the first floor two times we packed up our room got ready to move and went down to the office just for them to tell us oh by the way we don't have a room available twice we packed up our room and did that they overcharged our car that we put $50 deposit on $84 and then another $144 and had to repay that after we paid the entire stay before we even arrived and the staff was terrible no customer service no help at all

It is really clean very friendly staff and the location of the hotel is great near by restaurant, stores and old town is a short drive away

Comfortable but needed a little more comfort. Water,tea bags coffee .
Pros:

Clean. Breakfast was wonderful

Cons:

No water in the room. I would not make coffee with tap water. More communication on how the light system worked.
