For over 400 dollars per night, they should be ashamed of themselves on what they offered.
Pros:

Our stay was disappointing. They did not have enough food or staff for the weekend. The hotel was out of many items for both breakfasts. Didn't even see the point the second day so we went out. Also there was no water complimentary water bottles as advertised and they did not provide us with clean towels or empty our trash. The room was just adequate but needs an update. It is a shock that we will be charged so much money for such poor
accommodations and service.

Great service, excellent rooms, and wonderful and thoughtful staff.
Pros:

The rooms were very clean, tidy and like new.

Cons:

I just wish the hotel could find a way through text or a robocall system to our room phone that the plumbing was being worked on during our stay. We were without running water a couple of times one day for up to an hour each time, and we had to wait to see when it was back on.

Great place to stay
Pros:

We stay here frequently when we are in Temecula. We love our stay here! It’s clean, comfortable, coffee is good, hot breakfast, nice size room, and friendly staff.

Cons:

Happy hour is appreciated and is usually good. However, during our last visit the food was subpar. Meatballs were bland and the only food presented.

The room smelled, it the middle of the night the room also smelled of weed and into the hallway. It was hard to breathe.
