後來處理的服務人員態度良好危機處理反應速度算快 馬上退120元給我們

風景 窗外就是山和海 走去海邊也很方便

Cons:

交通 接駁車有兩通電話先後打給我 選擇第一通居然是計程車 而且還要收120元
而且我說要投訴有位服務人員第一時間反應說叫我去網路上投訴 超傻眼 老闆請到這種人是豬隊友吧！

Prima für Ausflug in die Taroko Schlucht und anschließender Entspannung am Pool
Pros:

Lage am Meer und zur Taroko Schlucht (4h Taxi dorthin über das Hotel buchbar, super…), Infinity Pool, Whirlpool. Frühstück bis 13:30h, sehr umfangreich und hochwertig. Restaurant bzw. Abendessen waren prima.

Cons:

Zimmer im 3. Stock hat nur wenig Meerblick, Sofa fleckig, kein Schrank, Schublade o.ä.; Taxi am Abend erforderlich
