Lovely hotel with a great view and staff. Amazing times for brunch and happy hour.
Pros:

Super staff. Always an English speaker present and incredibly helpful. I had a postal delivery which they sorted for me. Great view. Handy location for Taroko. Long infinity pool. Amazing times for brunch to 1.30. Then happy hour with nice red wine for a couple of hours in the afternoon.

Cons:

No water in the room! Pool was unheated but not too bad once you got used to it ( it had been raining and gloomy quite a lot). Towels are always quite small and think everywhere not just here.

Peaceful, amazing staff, best ever breakfast
Pros:

Perfect location for visiting Takoro gorge, right by the ocean and in quiet, peaceful area. Staff were amazingly nice and helpful, and helped me book my onward journey with exceptional care. One of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve ever had!!!!

4人房空間偏小, 但衛浴是分開的, 設計不錯
Pros:

早餐精緻用心

Cons:

預訂2晚後才發現太魯閣景點關閉, 因此住宿地點非常尷尬, 離其它景點很遠, 與飯店溝通之後飯店不願取消, 導致整個行程安排非常突兀且有點掃興。

There is no good arrangement in the room for work or study. I was there 3 weeks for work. I felt a bit problem working from room.

Mooi uitzicht, maar niet boeken voor het zwembad.
Pros:

Mooie kamers met fantastisch uitzicht
Erg goed ontbijt en diner

Cons:

Het zwembad was in een ander gebouw, meerdere gebouwen verderop, waar we door de regen naar toe moesten lopen en de temperatuur van het water was koud. Dit was ons op basis van het boeken niet duidelijk geworden. Daarnaast moesten we lang zoeken voor het zwembad, de locatie stond niet in het informatiepakket van het hotel.
