organizare in parcare subterana, se parcheaza rau, unii nu respecta marcajele, abia poti parca si abia poti iesi, deoarece unii sunt bizoni si nu stiu sa parcheze sau nu vor!!!
Am platit extra pentru parcare, deși parea sa fie inclusa in preț.

The location was great to easily reach the university. The breakfast was OK.
The walls are pretty thin, and you can hear the noise from your neighbors from all directions.
I requested a split invoice at check-in. I was told to ask about that at check-out. At checkout, they told me they had already issued the invoice and couldn't change it, and referred me to their accounting department. I wrote an email to accounting, to which I haven't received a response. I called them, and was referred again to the same email I had already written to. I told them that and was promised to get a response (and they would personally check with accounting). I haven't received that response yet. The tone of the person being called could have been friendlier, too. Never had this problem in any hotel, especially in a chain hotel.

Aici am avut parte de o experiență la care nu aș fi crezut vreodată ca o pot trăi la un hotel Ibis …am ajuns la hotel , am fost întrebată la recepție dacă doresc camera mai sus sau mai jos , am ales mai jos și mi s a oferit camera 208 , ne am cazat aproximativ 22:45. Am intrat în camera și știind hotelul mi s a părut ciudata ușa de la baie dar nu am stat să fac o analiză , obosită după drum apoi fetița a mers la duș prima , eu urmând după ea iar când am intrat în baie am avut șocul cel mare …camera era pentru persoane cu dezabilitati …am simțit ca intru în pământ , nu mi venea a crede și imediat am sunat la recepție spunând faptul ca nu corespunde cu camera rezervată de mine iar dl Ionuț de la recepție mi a spus ca este full hotelul și nu mă poate ajuta , doar sa mi restituie suma de bani și sa mi caut alta cazare la ora 23:45 …in condițiile în care fetița avea concurs de gimnastică la prima ora . Nu am putut dormi toată noaptea, am avut un mare disconfort psihic , copilul a dormit în brațele mele , fura câte 15/20 min , iar se trezea și tot așa …horror !!! Dimineață la recepție , dl Cornel mi a spus ca nu are cu să mă ajute , managerul nu răspunde la telefon …BULLSHIT
O mare dezamăgire pentru mine acest lanț hotelier IBIS ! Și voi merge și la OPC , nu tolerez deloc acesta situație și lucrurile nu vor rămâne așa , prin urmare vă rog să luați atitudine , rezervarea fiind efectuată prin D voastră ! Mulțumesc!
Locatia a fost ceea ce noi aveam nevoie in acel moment. Camera curata si frumos mobilata.
nu mi-a placut micul dejun, care mi s-a parut saracacios si restrictiv si faptul ca nu sunt suficiente locuri de parcare.
Curatenie, personal profesionist
Totul a fost conform așteptărilor, cu excepția parcării: micul-dejun variat tip bufet, curățenie, amabilitatea personalului. Hotelul este situat în apropierea unei stații de transport public.
Având în vedere capacitatea hotelului, numărul locurilor de parcare este limitat (foarte puține locuri de parcare), acestea fiind disponibile atât în parcarea supraterană (în fața hotelului), cât și în cea subterană. Accesul la parcarea subterană se face contra cost. Trebuie să ai noroc să prinzi un loc de parcare.
