A great hub in Osaka!
Pros:

Location location! Minutes walk to different trains, very clean and comfortable. Good breakfast . Helpful staff.

Super chambre triple très confortable et très bien équipée. Super deco d'Halloween au lobby. Super petit déjeuner varié et copieux. Personnel charmant. Très bon rapport qualité-prix. Très bien situé dans le quartier moderne de umeda.

Cons:

Beaucoup de chambres donc un peu d'attente possible à la réception.

Chambre triple, bien adaptée et au calme. L'hôtel dispose de toutes les commodités aux alentours et proche de la gare. Les 3 lits étaient un peu collés mais rien de bien dérangeant pour dormir. Espace pour ranger les affaires. Salle de bain de petite taille mais propre.

Pros:

Super snídaně, spa a fitness v ceně. Celkově skvěle doplňkové služby. Checkout až v 11 coz je o hodinu déle než jinde. Dostupnost na metro a vlak.

Cons:

Na můj v kus tvrdší matrace, ale to je osobní preference nikoliv chyba hotelu.

Lovely stay in a great part of Osaka
Pros:

Great hotel- very popular and busy. Great facilities and free snacks and refreshments which is always welcome.

Cons:

It was sometimes hard to communicate with reception staff, given English is obviously not their first language. But managed to fumble my way through.
