Difficulty getting reception staff to understand what was said; we were told English was spoken. Did not seem to be.

Pros:

Hotel Spa was very nice. Men's Spa has hot bath, cold bath and sauna.

Cons:

Unfortunately, women's spa only has hot bath. In men's spa, one night, a very loud man (Japanese) was annoying everyone with exercises. I thought it was forbidden and I think the hotel should prevent this annoying people in the spa.
at check-in time (15:00) there would be a long queue of new guests.

Pros:

宿泊者限定ラウンジが使えた。

Cons:

朝食に和食が少ない。
四条新町の方がラウンジにゆとりがあり居心地がいい。
梅田駅、大阪駅から少し歩く。地下道など分かりづらい。
