I would definitely stay here again if I visit Osaka.
Pros:

The best thing about this property is the location to all the shopping malls and main Osaka train/bus station. It makes it very easy to get around especially during the summer heat.

The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The hotel came with a lot of freebies which we enjoyed: coffee and smoothies in the morning, afternoon tea, and happy hour with a good wine selection and snacks to go with it.

The onsen was nice and they had massage chairs also in the spa.

Nice hotel - wish I'd stayed longer.
Pros:

Very comfortable. Good breakfast.

Cons:

Location reasonable but 700m from Osaka Station, which was the only way of getting to and from Shin Osaka Station. Fine for me but not so good if you've got a lot of luggage.
