bed was amazing, staff was lovely.
we had to pay for parking which is ridiculous. utterly ridiculous. It did not say this in a prominent place in booking. I would not have booked there had I known. rip off. Also, not continental breakfast, also nuts. would have picked a different place had I known either of these things.
Didn't have it you would have charged me extra should be free for what I paid for the room you charged extra for parking that should be free also I probably won't stay there again

The bed was very comfortable the room was clean.
The power was out all morning with no communication from the property and we missed breakfast- also they authorized 300 on our card even though we had already paid. Still holding the funds 2 days later.

We just had a short, overnight stay, and the hotel and our room were clean, the staff was nice, the bed and pillows were very comfortable.

The rooms were clean and had every amenity mentioned on the website.
Parking wasn’t complimentary and they charge an extra $15/day for underground parking. The evening manager also wasn’t the friendliest person as she didn’t greet me upon arrival. She came across very dismissive and negligent as I tried to check-in after a long drive from Moab. The rooms also have very thin walls as I could hear everything from the room next door and room above. I checked out early since I didn’t feel welcome on the premises.
