Unforgettable stay, amazing room and staff!
Pros:

The room was amazing! The rose petals, and birthday treats were so kind, it truly made our stay unforgettable! Matthew at reception was so friendly and helpful, was such a star! We felt so welcome staying there, and will definitely be coming back, thank you for making our stay so magical!

Friendly service, clean rooms, 11 am check out. Luggage storage. I was given access to the room early as it was ready.

Great location, clean rooms, great staff
Pros:

Great location right in the city centre, 10 min walk from castle park. All of the staff were very friendly especially Cheyanne on the reception desk, helped with directions, gave some great recommendations for things to do in Bristol and was very welcoming. Will return and would definitely recommend
