Pros:

Great location a short walk over the water from the station.
Modern and clean with great bar area on the ground floor. Staff very friendly and professional. Would def stay again!

Cons:

Some minor wear and tear issues in the room (for example the shower tray was discoloured and could do with replacing).

Everything was great, all staff apart from one were very kind and welcoming

Cons:

Check in is at 3 as I knew but we got there early. Went up to the front desk to ask if there’s any chance it will be ready early and to let them know I was here. I was greeted with a rude your early, then I said oh I know sorry but wanted to see if we could check in early. Then she said it again so I went away. Nothing else was said by her and I found it very rude
