Cons:

Das Hotel will digital sein. Es übertreibt aber einerseits und andererseits schickt es jede Message pro Zimmer . Da ich zwei reserviert hatte, bekam ich alles doppelt.
Am Ende für 2 Tage 10 Whattsapp und 14 Emails. Viele waren auch nicht einfach zu verstehen.

Cómodo y limpio pero el desayuno un poco decepcionante.
Pros:

La cama muy grande, la limpieza, la ducha muy gustoza. La habitación estaba muy bien y el personal muy amable. También en el hall había agua con limón o naranja para beber libremente y en la habitación te cambian el té y te ponen unas galletitas de bienvenida.

Cons:

El desayuno podría ser mejorable. A lo mejor zumos naturales, más fruta, más reposición (si no te espabilabas, te quedabas sin comida), más espacio para los clientes. Más variedad de pan o de quesos o embutido. También tuvimos que pagar 10 pounds por un adaptador; hubiera estado bien que ofrecieran ese servicio sin cobrarlo. También que el checkout por 1 hora más te cobren 10 pounds da la sensación de que quieren monetizar todo.

Pros:

The hotel is clean and well run.

Cons:

My room was opposite like lift. People could me out if lift late at night so speaking shouting really loudly which makes sleeping impossible. I booked the room to sleep so I should have slept in my car.

Lovely base for a mini adventure
Pros:

Great location for exploring. Extremely friendly staff who made us feel very welcome. Modern sound proofed rooms so we had a lovely peaceful stay. Thank you

Very pleasant, will return.
Pros:

Breakfast very good, nice range. Location excellent, close to Temple Meads and within easy walking distance of harbourside bars and restaurants.

Cons:

The room was a little small (the king-size bed was nice but dominated the room). Absence of drawers for clothes was disappointing.
