A great stay
Pros:

Location is very convenient from the highway.

The staff was warm friendly and I’d like to recognize Lisa at the front desk for handling are small hiccup

Staff and management worked promptly and efficiently.

Highly recommend Aloft for your next stay

Parking is hard. Shared parking lot with mall and restaurants. That being said great selection of restaurants and entertainment within walking distance.

After the baby was born we stayed in Athens and had a very pleasant stay after the first room. The first room had a toil
Pros:

Easy to get to the hospital. Daughter had a baby.

Cons:

The lamp in the middle between the beds did not work and I took the bulb down to the front desk to get another one. Was told that no one from engineering was in to get another one and that it would be replaced the next day. The next day, no bulb.
I should have gone to a store and purchased one.

Cons:

No in-room microwave. There is a clothing steamer, but only a communal microwave on the third floor? I can only imagine the germs, as there is no way it is cleaned after each use.

Pros:

I went under the impression that the large room was the actual large size bed, which turned out to be a queen size or full-size bed, whichI did not appreciate I spent 146 and $80 on that room. I was highly disappointed within the customer service in the size of the I will not be attending their in the near future or further future if possible I would really would like my refund back. The experience was terrible.
