The client must respect the maximum number of guests allowed in the reservation. The room rate is the same for 1 or 2 guests. If more guests stay without authorization, a penalty of EUR 100 per night per additional guest will be imposed.

No disruptive noise is allowed. Breaching this rule may result in the termination of the rental agreement without compensation.

Each room has a safe. We are not responsible for valuables not stored in it.

The property has surveillance cameras in common areas. By staying, guests accept these measures as a condition of their stay.

Smoking in any unit will incur an additional charge of EUR 100.

Pets are not allowed on the premises. Violation of this rule will incur an additional charge of EUR 150 per day.

The accommodation is equipped with noise meters to ensure a peaceful environment. Guests are expected to maintain moderate noise levels, especially between 22:00 and 08:00. Violating this rule may result in warnings or, in case of repeated offenses, expulsion from the property.

Stays of 5 days or more may request a cleaning service at no extra charge.

Guests are expected to behave respectfully. Inappropriate behavior may result in immediate expulsion.

Soggiorno ottimo :)
Pros:

L’hotel è molto carino, la camera è piccola ma molto bella, c’è tutto l’essenziale ed è perfetta per un soggiorno di qualche giorno. La struttura è in una posizione perfetta e molto comoda, è vicino alla metro e i principali luoghi di interesse possono anche essere raggiunti a piedi. Nella hall c’è una comoda coffee station con caffè tè e acqua, molto apprezzata. Lo staff è stato molto disponibile per messaggio.

Cons:

L’unica pecca è che la stanza era poco isolata. Si sentivano molto i rumori del corridoio e delle stanze sopra/vicino. Dal letto si poteva vedere la luce del corridoio filtrare attraverso la porta della stanza ed era un po fastidioso.

Cons:

Il fatto di non avere una reception fisica rende difficile la risoluzione dei problemi in tempo celere.
Inoltre il continuo sbattere della porta d'ingresso non rendeva tranquillo il riposo.

Very good location and it was clean

Cons:

We didn’t get the room we paid for, the view was an entire wall we couldn’t see anything else but a building wall. Also the walls were paper thin we could hear everyone and everything it was highly frustrating and disappointing

Fab location! Got to Madrid very early and they said we could leave our bags at the office which is 2 mins away from the room. Staff were really nice and professional. There's no onsite reception, but you can communicate with the office via booking.com or WhatsApp. It's keycode entry for a few doors in the building, or there is an app where you can just swipe at each door and it would open which was easy. Room was lovely and clean and comfortable, Aircon was great. Mini fridge, safe, hairdryer, TV and shower gel provided in the room. They dont service the room for short breaks, not sure how often they do it if you're staying longer. Theres a drinks corner in the public area with a cold water dispenser and a coffee machine with teas and milk as well. Again location was fab! Really close to the centre with loads going on around there. Would definitely stay again.

Muy buena!
Pros:

Buena ubicación! Muy Cerca a pie de la gran vía y todos sus negocios comerciales y atracciones turísticas. El hotel claramente fue renovado hace poco tiempo, todo nuevo y en buen estado. Punto muy importante: Ofrecen lockers gratuitos para poder dejar el equipaje a tu salida y poder seguir recorriendo la ciudad tranquilos! Ese es un súper bonus!

Cons:

Al principio, llegamos de noche y no entendíamos bien cómo subir y que puerta era la correcta. El edificio al ser edificio viejo, cuenta con ascensor pero frena en un entrepiso osea que si o si tienes que subir escaleras a pie.

Nice hotel if you can get into it.
Pros:

Place is nice, central etc - there are no staff so its all on a door code (if you have it)

Cons:

The checking in is virtual and they don’t send you the details on how to check-in on time and rely on their system so if you like gambling as to wether you can get into the hotel room or not, then this is for you. Personally, myself when I pay for a hotel, I like instructions on time.
Instructions are also not emails but involved trawling into the website for something called a key (it’s a code number not a key).
They claimed they sent them at 8pm but given I checked at 9pm and it was blank (I did see them next day and they were very clearly laid out).
The positive on their cumbersome check-in process is that when I did get through to them (takes 5mins with a recorded message going on and on about agreement to record the call), then the girl I talked to was very helpful. So, people good but their technology on calling them, locations, and sending instructions late is a nightmare.
I don’t think they allow for their systems not to work. On other hotels where you need a code, they fail badly by comparsion with their over elaborate setup going in ”hoping” you find their key like a lucky dip.

L’arredamento della stanza, super chic, la posizione vicinissima alla metro e al punto taxi. Lo staff sempre disponibile e cordiale! Altro servizio super comodo: all’interno della struttura ci sono dei locker dove potete lasciare le valige dopo il check-out!

Perfect location but unfortunately not what we had in mind from the description .
Pros:

Cons:

You have to do everything yourself, open door with codes and lockers you dont meet any staff you cant check in until 3pm and it’s a super complicated stay.
