I booked to stay here as they advertised a 24-hour reception. I am a musician and needed a late check in as I was playing at an evening event and didn’t expect to get there until after midnight.
I added my ETA when booking the room and messaged the property separately to inform them of my late arrival. I also tried phoning when I was on my way, but there was no reply, and when I arrived, I rang the buzzer at the door for around 20 minutes, but no-one was there to let me in and I was left with the hugely unsafe situation of having to sleep in my car as a lone woman in an unfamiliar place in the middle of the night.
You can only imagine how unprofessional I felt turning up to my next event the following morning – nowhere to get a shower or change my clothes. Unbelievable!!

Staff rarely around. No kitchen utensils for cooking.
