Small but luxurious, with an incredibly comfortable bed, a perfect location, and everything I needed
Pros:

Although the room was quite small, it was beautifully designed and had everything I needed to feel like I was staying in a much more luxurious apartment. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, making for a fantastic night's sleep, and the location was excellent—close to everything. It was the perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and thoughtful design, and I would happily stay here again.

Cons:

Would have loved a coffee machine, and glasses that were a little cleaner.

Best hotel experience ever, definitely coming back!!
Pros:

Every staff member was so lovely to talk to and the rooms were so clean!! The attention to detail was so amazing, provided many towels for the bath room.

I had a room on Toorak road. Windows didn't seem to be double glazed so I could hear traffic. Room wasn't tidied during my stay by housekeeping.

Cool vibe in South Yarra
Pros:

Great location. Excellent, welcoming staff. Great staff in the bar also. Cool and quirky decor. Rooms small but very clever design means they don’t feel poky and lovely fit out feels quite luxe. Nice touches like free lollies and mulled wine in the lobby. Pre arrival check in and messaging was seamless.

Cons:

Could do with more towels, and a Nespresso machine or similar in the room would be great (they just have kettle and coffee bags).
