super close to multiple tram lines and the train station so travelling to the cbd/other neighbourhoods is easy. there are many places to shop in the neighbourhood, as well as good food spots and bars. the theme of the hotel is really fun, the whole place is nicely decorated. the rooms are clean and cozy. super friendly and helpful staff!
not worth paying extra for the city view rooms as you still dont get much of a view!
The hotel is small but it is very well designed. I went to Melbourne for work and it had all the basic things I needed. A small and clean room with a comfortable bed, filtered water tap in the room, and a working space in the basement.
The rooms are a bit on the small side but given the price paid, no complaints on that front
