Excellent location, friendly staff and clean rooms
Pros:

Location was excellent, very close to train station and tram routes. Plenty of cafe and restaurant options nearby as well as shops. The staff were super friendly ensuring smooth check in and check out, even accomodating a slightly later check out for us. The room was tidied daily, and the lolly/candy bar was an added bonus.

Cons:

The room was very small, which was not a complete surprise however it could’ve done with a few more hooks etc for hanging things up and moving things off the ground/ off the one stool. Still comfortable for two people who aren’t spending a lot of time in the hotel room. The shower door was also a problem, it could only open outwards but did not leave any space for a bathmat to fit underneath. We also could not change from rainforest shower to normal shower head.

Great city break
Pros:

Great rooms and a great hotel with a funky modern retro style. Close to all the action of Chapel St and easy access to anywhere with trans and trains on your door step. And fabulous restaurants, cafes and shopping on your door step.

Cons:

Nothing I can think of.

Cons:

the $6 parking turned out to be $10 and without the voucher witch I wasn't provided had to pay $30 and the guy on the exit would not let me out of the carpark till the $30 was paid, vert stressful
