Great place to sleep
Pros:

Ovolo's strengths are its staff, they're briliiant, so helpful and happy, its facilities (bar and restaurant on site, laundry with clothes steamers, washers etc), the room was minuscule but I was there for an overnight and early meeting so no big deal

Cons:

The food. It was shockingly underwhelming and expensive. I ordered the spanakopita for breakfast as there was a special George Colambaris pop up on, it was tiny yet would've cost $25, same for dinner, tiny portion for $30 and no fresh produce in sight. Coffee was mediocre for a city that loves to claim it has the best. Go to the cafe over the road for breakfast and somewhere else for dinner.

Looking for something a little different - stay here
Pros:

Location was very central. The hotel was a little quirky which made for a different kind of stay than what we would usually choose.

An enjoyable stay in a great location
Pros:

The staff were so helpful and friendly . We loved the location , close to the train station , great restaurants close by .Our room was comfortable and nicely presented . We would definitely stay again .

Pros:

The hotel has a great vibe and the decor is really fun and interesting. The staff were genuinely lovely and helpful.
The room, whilst small, was comfortable and had nearly everything I needed.

Cons:

There were a few minor things, like the body lotion needed replacing and a few minor maintenance issues needed to be actioned.
If you were 2 people, the sink for the bathroom being in the main space may be an issue - but for a solo traveller it was not a problem.
