Pros:

The breakfast was too poor and boring.

Cons:

I had a very bad experience with this hotel.
I booked two rooms through Booking.com, including one room with two queen beds. When we arrived to check in, the hotel staff told us that this room type was no longer available. They demanded an additional CAD 50 to upgrade to another room type, otherwise they would cancel my reservation. They also asked me to contact Booking.com to resolve the issue.
I explained that this was not my responsibility because I had already made the reservation and paid the full amount. After more than an hour of discussions and waiting, the issue was finally resolved, and the hotel ended up giving us the exact room type that we had originally booked.
This made it very clear that the room was actually available and that they were simply trying to charge me extra money. I find this behavior unacceptable and highly unprofessional.
This was an extremely disappointing experience, especially from a hotel with such a well-known reputation. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone expecting honest and professional service.

Easy walking to most attractions.
Pros:

The room was large and it was an excellent location. The breakfast was great. The staff was very helpful considering we don’t speak French. The room was quiet, but there was no view on the inside court.

Cons:

It was a great location,however,it was only a block from the homeless shelter. That said there were no problems just a little uncomfortable walking past the center.

Great Location, good amenities, smaller rooms , bad too soft pillows
Pros:

Location was excellent, breakfast was great, staff was good except for the front desk on Saturday night.

Cons:

Room was smaller than expected and pillows were bad, too soft and gave me neck pain. We never got the extra towels we requested and the bathroom had a bad smell to it and even the cleaning did not help remove the sweaty bad odor.

Lits confortables, chambre silencieuse bien que l’on soit en plein centre ville.
Déjeuner varié mais qualité moyenne et quantité restreinte.

Cons:

La propreté : sol collant et sale (chaussettes blanches s’abstenir) poussière sur les meubles et derrière le lit.

Personnel très cordial par message mais la réceptionniste pas heureuse de son emploi, qui ne cherche pas de solution et refuse une prise en charge qui avait été convenue par avance via message booking avec l’hôtel.

Présence de lotion, de shampoing et de conditionner dans le bain douche mais pas de gel douche. Réclamation faite auprès d’une femme de chambre.

En conclusion : les bases de l’hôtellerie ne sont pas maîtrisée pour un hôtel de ce standing dont le prix est bien supérieur à l’offre (ménage, s’assurer que les produits sont les bons et disponible et surtout aucune note au dossier, ce qui implique une non communication entre le personnel qui est préjudiciable au client).

Pros:

Situation parfaite pour visiter le centre-ville et si vous assistez à un événement au palais des congrès. Tout se fait bien à pied, que vous allez sur Ste-Catherine ou dans le vieux port. Bel environnement, bien aménagé, confortable, personnel gentil et courtois. Stationnement sous-terrain avec un accès direct à l'hôtel.
