AMAZING location with a private beach, great facilities and very attentive staff. 😋 The included breakfast was exceptional (BACON and eggs).🤤🤤🤤

Cons:

Quite a walk to reception (not a problem if you have a car). 😓 And pricing was what you would expect for a resort. 🤑 no hot water 😭 .They were a little behind on garden maintenance. 🙄

The administration is a disaster.

The location was wonderful, but the administration a disaster.

Cons:

I made a reservation and paid with a credit card, but I couldn't make any purchase in the restaurant and chalets around the pool because I didn't have an open account there, although I have a room with an open account supported and paid with a credit card and was carrying my gaffe at all times. They didn't accept my desire to send the charges to my room . And asked me to carry my wallet or pay in cash or bring another identification to open another account there. For me as a tourist staying there it was a fool and silly situation.

Todo muy bonito, limpio, personal amable. Agua dulce y temperatura excelente

Cons:

El menu muy pobre, necesita mas variedad de alimentos y los precios altos a comparación de otros lugares que he visitado. La piscina del barquito debería de ser rotulada con la profundidad o marcada con división porque no se nota que es honda. Pude presenciar que un niño se estaba ahogando afortunadamente el salvavidas fue rapidito y lo rescató. Felicite al salvavidas por su eficiencia. Gracias

Cobrar precios de hotel de lujo por platos que parecen de comedor popular es un insulto al cliente.
Hay demasiados zancudos que son molestos y corre peligro la salud de los huéspedes.
Los vendedores de membresía son unos abusivos y ladrones, muy poca ética.

Cons:

Definitivamente las almohadas son demasiadas mala, duras, altas y nada cómodas! El baño tenía un mal olor, y la cama como tal es hasta peligrosa con ese respaldo de cemento! Malsimo, no regresaría ni recomendaría si continúan con lo antes mencionado!

Buen lugar para descansar o pasar algunos dias alli.
Pros:

Es un complejo habitacional, con villas y acceso a un club de playa bastante grande. Me gusta mucho la seguridad y tranquilidad del lugar, y la ubicación que me quedó muy cerca de mi trabajo.

Cons:

Considero que el desayuno puede ser mejor, la atención general del personal fuera de las oficinas principales puede mejorar y tal vez un poco mas de mantenimiento general del complejo.
