Cleanliness
6.5
Mixed to negative: multiple reports of very dirty rooms (hair, stained sheets, mold) though a few guests explicitly praised cleanliness.
Service
9.4
Consistently praised: reception and staff described as friendly, helpful and attentive; isolated issues (e.g., a cancelled booking) noted but service overall very positive.
Location
9.6
Very strong: numerous reviews highlight excellent/very good location as a key pro.
Room Quality
7
Mixed: complaints about small rooms, very soft mattresses, ventilation and maintenance issues (bathroom, shower), while some guests found rooms comfortable and adequately sized.

8
Moderately positive: facilities and kitchen staff received praise, but there are recurring problems (broken elevator, limited toiletries, no bidet/ducha higiênica, poor Wi‑Fi in some rooms).
