Pros:

Location, stay and breakfast were great.

Cons:

The stay was fine overall, but I was surprised that we had to pay for parking even though we were only staying for one night. This was the first time I’ve stayed at a hotel where I had to pay separately to park on the hotel premises. It felt a little awkward and unnecessary, as I believe parking should be included for paying hotel guests, especially when the parking is located directly on the property.

Comfortable but they can improve
Cons:

My stay at the hotel was 5 days and 4 nights of which only one day I returned from the park in Universal, I found the room clean.

The rest of the days they didn’t make my bed or change towels or anything.

What a person wants most when returning from such a tiring day is to rest and I found the towels on the floor and the bed messy

Cons:
