Nothing really. Its lovely. Wouldnt change anything. but did also only stay for one night so not much to complain about.

Lekker ontbijt, vriendelijk personeel en alle voorzieningen die je nodig hebt.

Cons:

Locatie een beetje maar met een uber (die heel goedkoop was), was je zo overal. Het hotel biedt in de avond ook een pendel service naar V&A Waterfront.

The staff were excellent and upgraded our room. They were very respectful, polite and professional

Cons:

The size of the room could've been better as it felt quite cramped and the only difference between the standard room and the executive room was a balcony and the rooms were exactly the same.

Quando cheguei, apesar de ter reservado há muito e de estar tudo pago, disseram-me que não tinham quarto e que teriam de me colocar num outro hotel para onde teria de me deslocar sozinha.Inaceitável. Obviamente que não aceitei.
Colocaram-me num quarto situado sob o ginásio, pelo que acordava com o barulho das passadeiras.

Excellent stay
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay this hotel. The room was clean and very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The staff even offered me a glass of champagne upon my arrival.
