Pros:

O hotel é bem localizado. Tem uma vista muito bonita da cidade (estádio e montanhas). O café da manhã é bom e o restaurante é bom também (jantamos no hotel porque não pareceu muito seguro andar pela região à noite). Dá para ir a pé até o Waterfront (uns 20 minutos de caminhada). O quanto era pequeno, mas bem confortável.

Sehr enttäuschender Aufenthalt. Das Hotel war nicht sauber, und auf meine Anliegen bzw. Anfragen wurde vom Personal praktisch nicht eingegangen. Statt konkreter Hilfe oder einer Lösung bekam ich immer wieder dieselbe Standardantwort. Rückmeldungen oder echtes Interesse an meinem Problem? Fehlanzeige.

Ich kann dieses Hotel daher leider überhaupt nicht empfehlen. Wer Wert auf Sauberkeit, guten Service und ernst genommene Anliegen legt, sollte sich meiner Erfahrung nach lieber nach einer anderen Unterkunft umsehen. Für mich: hier nicht wieder buchen – absolut enttäuschend.

The decor is ok. Service was impeccable.

I'll be honest, expecting me to squeeze into the teeny tiny space between the bed and the wall and pretend that's a desk to sit and work at is absolutely ridiculous. Not having a seating area, like a single sofa, is honestly gobsmacking. The bed is unbelievably high, higher than standard beds, so it's extremely difficult to get onto the bed. The pillows are so soft that i could not sleep. Perhaps give guests the option on the type of pillow or let us know to bring our own. The room is honestly tiny, and i don't think they even make smaller fridges than what you have in the room. Kudos for having a fridge in there. I love the shower but the water pressure is very weak. We were on the 1st floor. The bathroom is unnecessarily large, you could have designed the room better and allocated more space to the bedroom.

A perfect stay
Pros:

The staff are exceptional; every person with whom I spoke was kind and very helpful. Hayley, at the front desk reception, was especially helpful answering my questions (and always with a smile).

The rooms were very clean with all amenities I could need. A coffee/tea maker along with a refrigerator for snacks i picked up on my days out.

The bed/bedding was so comfortable and I would have loved to sleep in, but there is so much to do in the area. The waterfront boardwalk is within walking distance, there is a park across the street for some time enjoying nature, and there is ample shopping in the area.

A perfect stay.
