Pros:

Lo que más nos gustó sin duda fue el trato de Alexander y la cercanía y la amabilidad que tuvo en todo momento.
Las chicas de la cafetería de la terraza también súper amables. Gracias a ellos fue todo más fácil por la isla.

Cons:

En las habitaciones no disponían de los típicos carteles de no molestar para las limpiadoras, era todo mediante una pantallita. Nosotros este viaje lo tomamos para descansar y todas las mañanas a las 9 llamaban a la puerta, aún teniendo activado el cartel virtual de no molestar. Avisamos a recepción de que por favor si teníamos el cartel activado, por favor no tocarán a la puerta y el colmo fue que después de decírselo, al día siguiente volvieron a llamar e incluso pasar a la habitación estando nosotros dentro y el cartel virtual igualmente activo.
Se escuchan un montón los ruidos del pasillo y entre habitaciones, si quieres venir a descansar se puede hacer algo complicado…

The location was great, perfect for sight seeing all the historic areas around. The second floor corner room was great , cool outside view of the Biblioteca Building outside the hotel.

Easygoing and relaxing.
Pros:

The staff was really nice and very accommodating when our flight got canceled and we asked to extend our checkout time!
