Una buena y cómoda estancia
Pros:

Es un hotel muy bien ubicado, con buenos servicios y una atención del personal muy amable y servicial.

Cons:

A la regadera le falta un poco de intensidad, y que drene bien y rápido el agua. Todo lo demás muy bien :D

Posizione eccezionale, buon rapporto qualità prezzo
Pros:

Posizione eccezionale, fermata della metro a qualche minuto, facile raggiungere molte attrazioni come Castel Sant’Angelo a piedi.

Cons:

L’hotel è un po’ datato, potrebbe migliorare la pulizia

Il personale è disponibile, ma l'edificio ha seri problemi di infiltrazioni e umidità, soprattutto al primo piano. Abbiamo chiesto il cambio della camera perché nella prima che ci hanno assegnato c'era forte odore di muffa

Lokalizacja. Uprzejmy pracownik azjatyckiego pochodzenia, reszta obsługi jest tam raczej z konieczności. Uwaga: część pokoi ma zasłonięte okna na stałe (a za tymi oknami duże klimatyzatory)

Meldowałyśmy się z córką ok. 24.00 Oczekiwania nie były wysokie, ale wszystko było zgodne ze zdjęciem. Ok.1.00 w nocy przestała działać klimatyzacja, pan z obsługi niezadowolony przyszedł do pokoju, coś próbował zrobić, po czym wyszedł. Schodzę więc do niego do recepcji a on mówi ze zrestartował klimatyzację i za 10 min będzie ok. Nie było. Znów trzeba było do niego, bo z jego strony brak zainteresowania:-( Zmienił nam pokój. W drugim klima działała, było posprzątane. Reszta już gorzej: ściany brudne, telewizor powieszony nad wysoką szafą???, czajnik musiał stac ma podłodze zeby działał bo nie ma innych kontaktów, okna zaklejone folią (brak widoku)!!, a ostatniego dnia po łóżku skakała pchła. Moze ktoś pomyśli ze przecież mogłyśmy odmówić tej zmiany, żądając innego pokoju, ale jak zmieniasz pokój o 2 w nocy i od rana masz już napięty plan zwiedzania bo jesteś w Rzymie dwa dni to machasz ręką. Generalnie nie polecam

Il soggiorno è andato bene (hotel a parte)

La posizione vicino alla metropolitana

Cons:

La pulizia e la condizione della camera. La porta del bagno si chiudeva a fatica perché si era gonfiata per l'umidtà. Il lavandino rotto, idem per un cassetto. Il doccino irraggiungibile se sei basso. C'erano tracie di umidità/infiltrazioni all'entrata.

Pros:

Il servizio colazione non era disponibile nella struttura stessa ma era possibile usufruire della colazione ad un bar proprio accanto. Devo essere sincero, non c'era una vasta scelta.
Cosa positiva dell'hotel era la posizione.

Cons:

Le camere discretamente pulite anche se alcune cose dell'arredo erano proprio da aggiustare.
