Pros:

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience, earning it a solid 9 out of 10 from me. The standout feature by far is the size of the room. It was remarkably spacious, offering plenty of space to stretch out, unpack, and truly relax without ever feeling cramped—a rare find compared to many standard hotel rooms. Beyond the brilliant room size, the rest of the stay was genuinely wonderful. The cleanliness, amenities, and overall atmosphere were top-notch, and the staff provided smooth, friendly service from check-in to check-out. Everything ran seamlessly, making for a very comfortable and pleasant visit. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place and look forward to staying here again!

La cordialità del personale e la vicinanza alla stazione

Prezzo troppo elevato per i servizi che dá.
Da viaggiatrice con tatuaggi, la mia esperienza è che le regole variano molto da un posto all'altro, indipendentemente dal fatto che l'onsen sia tradizionale o moderno. Al Torifito mi è stato richiesto di coprire i tatuaggi per accedere all'onsen (cosa concessa usando cerotti coprenti), mentre a Shibu Onsen ho trovato molta più tolleranza e sono stata ammessa in tutti gli onsen pubblici senza alcun problema, con i tatuaggi completamente visibili.
Capisco che il divieto sui tatuaggi nasca originariamente dalla volontà di tenere fuori i membri della yakuza dai bagni pubblici, ma nella pratica i visitatori stranieri non possono comunque appartenere alla yakuza — quindi questa politica finisce per escludere i normali turisti internazionali invece di raggiungere il suo scopo originario. Consiglierei ai viaggiatori con tatuaggi di verificare in anticipo la politica di ogni singola struttura, invece di dare per scontato qualcosa in base al fatto che sia "tradizionale" o "moderna".

Good facilities but no services offered
Pros:

This hotel is below my expectation. It's room is big and comfortable, but the service is is almost non-existent. All services requires money. For example, a regular coffee costs 300 yen, as well as those sold in vending and washing machines. Their free tea-time is actually very short and offers very limited (just a bottle of tea) amounts. The bathrobe is quite small to my size, but this hotel is even not aware of this issue. It cleans the room every three days, not every day, due to cost issue (but they claim for the sake of environment wastes). To conclude, while the facilities are good, it is pity it's personnel services are almost none. I feel a bit frustrated with this hotel.

All things I mentioned above need improvement.

Superb breakdown and convenient location
Pros:

It was convenient to Kanazawa Station and the buffet breakfast was the best we had in Japan. Amenities and toiletries were top quality.

Cons:

Slightly more space would have made our stay even more comfortable.
