La ubicación.

Cons:

El personal no se les veía la amabilidad pedimos, para entrar al parqueadero ellos debían bajar y abrir o viceversa pero lo ponen a esperar hasta que ellos quieran incluso sin estar haciendo nada.

The location is nice is close to shopping centers and restaurants

Cons:

Unfortunately, it was not worth the price I paid. The room was small, and the shower didn’t have a door, which made the bathroom quite inconvenient. The hotel also seemed to need better maintenance overall.

There was no soap in the room to wash our hands, and there was no shower gel either. When I asked for soap, they only gave me a tiny bar.

The towels also looked old and worn. Additionally, I believe I was given a different room from the one I originally booked. When I mentioned this to the hotel, they told me that the room I received was actually one of the biggest ones.

Considering the price I paid, I expected much better facilities, maintenance, and service. Overall, I don’t feel that the experience was worth the money.
