I especially liked the bed—it was very large and extremely comfortable.

Cons:

I was a little disappointed with the swimming pool. I was also disappointed that the receptionists did not speak English. Trying to explain things in Spanish to a guest who doesn't speak Spanish was not very helpful.

Perguntaram a hora que eu faria o check-in, informei que seria depois das 23h. O que ocorreu. Ao chegar no quarto estava muito quente e o ar não estava ligado,, tampouco o frigobar. Então não sei por que Perguntaram o horário de check-in

Pros:

Nos encantó que tiene una excelente ubicación, nos dió un excelente trato la recepcionista que estaba en turno cuando llegamos es atenta, servicial y amigable tanto a mi como a mi pareja nos agrado. Nos encantó el piso 7 dónde está el restaurante y la piscina 👙 tiene una vista maravillosa y es muy hermoso y agradable

Cons:

Se escuchaban muy fuertes sus voces de los huéspedes que usaban el ascensor lit. Gritaban, para la próxima nos gustaría un cuarto lejos del ascensor jejeje de todo lo demas estuvo excelente definitivamente volveremos.
