Une chambre cauchemardesques aux allures de trou à rat

Le gardien et quelques membres du personnel sont agréables. Rien d’autre n’a été positif.

Cons:

Je ne sais même pas par où commencer. L’odeur de la chambre était insupportable / un mélange de moisissures et d’humidité. Il n’y a pas de fenêtre, enfin si une qui donne sur un couloir CONSTAMMENT illuminé, même la nuit (la photo jointe a été prise à 23h) avec un pauvre rideau pour cacher mais qui ne cache PAS LA LUMIÈRE. Aucune insonorisation, on entend TOUT. On a eu droit pendant 3 jours à des hurlements de film pour adultes, l’hôtel pourtant prévenu chaque soir n’a réagit qu’au 3e soir. La dame de l’accueil avec des lunettes, une certaine Jennyfer qui nous a accueillies le premier jour a été horrible avec nous, ça a été un cauchemar de devoir la croiser quasi tous les jours, les gens. Il me elle n’ont rien à faire dans ce type de métier, elle était constamment sur son téléphone et n’a pas daigné nous aider quand nous avions eu besoin d’aide. Le pire hotel que j’ai fait au Mexique, n’y allez pas à moins que vous vouliez passer un très mauvais séjour dans une chambre qui ressemble plus à un trou à rat qu’autre chose

Posizione vicino al centro.

Cons:

Odore sgradevole all'interno della camera (umidità?). Mancata conoscenza della lingua inglese da parte di alcuni membri dello staff alla reception con conseguente difficoltà nella comunicazione.
