I'm glad to have stayed there & I will again.
Pros:

Easily accessible off the highway, tho set back a bit - I drove passed it initially & had to turn around. ~ The room was very nice, clean, everything worked. The Host was very nice.

Cons:

Mettono sul comodino i tappi per le orecchie... quindi rumoroso.
La mattina, alle 9:30, al ritorno dalla colazione abbiamo trovato
una signora delle pulizie che rifaceva i letti noncurante del fatto
che il check-out era alle 11 ed avevamo tutta la nostra roba sparsa per la stanza.
Questo lo troviamo inaccettabile, anche perché nelle stanze c'è scritto
che non sono responsabili per eventuali furti.
