Wouldn’t stay again for the price in comparison for what you get.
Pros:

Location was good, plenty of parking.

Cons:

It’s more a motel than a luxury stay. You had to pay to get room service brought to your room.

Really good front desk staff. Extremely helpful.

Comfortable and good location.

Cons:

The toilet was hideous.
It took 4 flushes for a piece of toilet paper, you can imagine how many fishes were needed for a number 2! 🙈

Not keen on going back
Cons:

Ordered 4 coffees. No spoons. Sugar in one saucer so was it a dirty saucer? Coffee spilt down the sides of the cups, all presented with a smirk.
Dirty Bert’s doesn’t give service like that

We loved our stay at Hilton Gardens Albany the best accommodation in town!
Pros:

Modern, well located with excellent amenities.

Cons:

The guest doors to the hotel rooms need to placed on slower and quieter closing hinges as it is very noisey when other guests open and close doors esp at nite. I suggest I speak to the Hilton team at your Busselton hotel as the doors are perfect there.
