En el desayuno que lo tenía incluido pedí un café expreso y me dijeron literalmente: no está incluido ese modelo de café, se paga a parte!! Increíble!!!

A pleasant stay with a short walk to many interesting areas in Merida.
Pros:

Close and short walking distance to many different places for meals. It was directly across from the Conference Center, which was the main reason for my trip. Staff were incredibly friendly and very helpful with any and all requests made by me or other colleagues staying at the hotel.

Cons:

I would have liked the pool to open an hour earlier (at 7am) since the sun was already up and it was 27C in the morning while there.

Pros:

The swimming pool was very nice.
The bedrooms were great.
The Libby was lovely and lively.

Cons:

The breakfast seemed expensive and espresso coffee wasn't included in the price.

It sometimes felt understaffed though the staff there were very helpful.

Bien mais peut mieux faire...
Pros:

L'emplacement en face du centre des congrès.
La taille de la chambre.
Le rooftop avec bar et belle piscine.
La gentillesse du personnel à la réception.

Cons:

Le manque d'amabilité de l'un des serveurs au bar.
Le manque de variété des boissons chaudes au petit déjeuner (coût supplémentaire pour un cappucino).
Le fait de devoir tous les jours signer une note pour le petit déjeuner alors qu'il était inclus (?).
La gestion du linge donné à laver (j'ai du relancer au bout de 24h pour savoir où était mon linge. Il était à la réception pour remise contre paiement alors que je pensais qu'il serait amené en chambre et que je paierais lors du check out).
