Categories

Cleanliness
7.5
Generally reported as clean in many reviews, but there are notable issues (hair in shower, at least one report of bathroom flooding) that lower confidence.
Service
8.3
Transfer staff and some reception staff praised for helpfulness and quick transfers, but several reports of slow check-in, indifferent reception and delays in requests reduce the score to a mixed-positive level.
Location
9.4
Consistently highlighted as a major positive: very close to Guarulhos airport, convenient for connections, easy transfers.
Room Quality
7
Rooms noted as spacious and beds comfortable by some guests, but multiple complaints about noise from airport/traffic, broken AC, plumbing issues and flooding lower this category.
Amenities
8.4
Good practical amenities for airport travelers (free transfer, terrace/outdoor area, early breakfast availability), though some service shortcomings (e.g., wet boarding area) were mentioned.
Value for Money
8.8
Several reviewers explicitly called it good value/cost-benefit, especially for short stays near the airport.
Food and Beverage
8.4
Breakfast is frequently praised as good and varied and availability early for early flights is appreciated; a few guests noted it was not included or that breakfast quality was lacking.
Overall Experience
7.8
Overall many guests find it ideal for short airport stays and connections (good location, transfer, basic comfort), but mixed service experiences, noise and occasional room defects make the overall impression somewhat tempered.

Ótimo custo benefício
Pros:
