Pros:

Molto carina l'idea dell'onsen con vasca d'acqua calda sulfurea (suddiviso per uomini e donne, si entra esclusivamente nudi) e l'area "bagni pubblici"raffinata e esclusiva con tanti prodotti a disposizione per ciascuna postazione (shampoo balsamo bagnoschiuma tonico latte detergente phon spazzola ecc.). Servizio ghiaccioli free. Colazione abbondante. Posizionato a 5 Min a piedi dalla stazione di Kyoto.

Cons:

Difficoltà nel gestire l'invio dei bagagli, solo tramite app ma con scritte da inserire con caratteri giapponesi. Nella camera con spazi stretti non c'era neanche un piccolo armadio/comodino, solo un asta con appendiabiti. Nel bagno piccolo difficoltà ad appendere accappatoio o altro. All'arrivo, per tutto il primo giorno l'odore presente in stanza è stato sgradevole e forte, poi migliorato il secondo giorno. C'è solo una piccola finestra in bagno che si apre di pochi cm.

Everything was excellent. We chose this hotel primarily for its convenient location and the cleanliness of the rooms, and it exceeded our expectations in every way. It made our Kyoto experience even more enjoyable.

A big compliment to the entire staff. They were always kind, friendly, and incredibly helpful. The breakfast was delicious, the location made it easy to get around the city, and our room was comfortable, quiet, and well maintained. We even used the hotel's laundry service, which was very convenient. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kyoto.

Cons:

The room could have been a bit bigger, but we understand that this is very typical in Japan.

Super Lage, sauber, freundliches Personal, tolle Atmosphäre im Hotel und im Zimmer
Pros:

Sehr zentrale Lage, super Anbindung an Busse und Bahnen. Viele Restaurants, Konbinis und andere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Gegenüber ein schöner Tempel. Nebenan gleich ein immer geöffneter Family Mart. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Schön gestaltetes Hotel. Hotel und Zimmer waren sehr sauber. Täglich frische Handtücher und Müllabholung. Reinigung haben wir zwischendurch nicht in Anspruch genommen. Der Onsen im Hotel war sehr entspannend. Die drei Waschmaschinen haben gut funktioniert, man muss jedoch mit Wartezeiten rechnen. Auf den einen Aufzug muss man manchmal etwas warten. Unser Zimmer hat uns wirklich sehr gefallen, obwohl man keinen weiten Ausblick hatte, aber das wussten wir vorher. Das Zimmer hatte eine für Japan sehr gute Größe und einen gut funktionierenden Grundriss. Wir konnten unsere 5 Koffer auf dem Boden öffnen und dennoch noch durchs Zimmer gehen. Das Zimmer war modern und trotzdem gemütlich. Es hatte eine angenehme warme Atmosphäre durch eine schöne und vielfältige Beleuchtung sowie moderne Holzmöbel. Die Dusche war schön groß. Auch das Bad war sehr schön und modern. Es war insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt und wir würden hier sehr gerne noch einmal übernachten.

Cons:

Es war nur etwas störend, dass die Toilettenspülung anging, sobald man an der Toilette vorbeiging. Aber das ist nur eine Kleinigkeit. Wir hätten uns mehr Möglichkeiten gewünscht, um Sachen aufzuhängen oder abzulegen - Haken an den Wänden und Regale.

- albergo molto bello, moderno, con un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo
- ottima posizione: a 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione, ma vicino anche al tunne della metro e a molte fermate dell'autobus molto utili per muoversi
- camere comode, di bello stile, letti comodi
- bagno molto bello
- onsen interno un valore aggiunto

Cons:

- male la lavanderia: hanno 3 lavatrici/asciugatrici che però non asciugano per nulla: abbiamo dovuto fare 3 cicli di asciugatura e i vestiti erano ancora bagnati
