Pros:

ארוחת בוקר טובה וגדולה. בריכה מוצלחת, נוף יפה, מלון אינטימי ומושלם לזוגות.

Cons:

הברים מתחת למלון סואנים במיוחד בשישי, עד ל 2 בלילה, וזה מפריע לישון. קיבלנו פיצוי הולם מההנהלה לאחר שהתלוננו על כך.

הבאיחה גם ממש סבבה, הצוות היה מאוד נדיב ואכפתי, המקום היה נקי . ממליצה

שירות מצויין! לואיס מצוות הקבלה ראוי לשבח על היחס האדיב והמקצועי, ובכלל כל צוות המלון היה שירותי, נעים ומקסים.
החדרים מאובזרים היטב, מסודרים ונקיים מאוד. המיקום של המלון מרכזי ונוח להגיע ממנו לכל מקום.
ארוחת הבוקר של המלון טעימה מאוד. יש בריכה בגג- היתה אוירה נעימה ורגועה מאוד. ממליצה בחום!

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and thoroughly enjoyed our experience.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. What stood out the most was the kindness, generosity, and genuine willingness of the staff to help with anything we needed. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to go the extra mile to make our stay enjoyable.

Thank you to the entire team for your outstanding hospitality. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to others.

הצוות היה נעים ומקצועי מאוד ובפרט לויס בקבלה. המחיר היה הוגן. אזור מרכזי. בתי קפה ומסעדות ממש בסמוך. קניון ממילא במרחק הליכה והאזור סואן בלילה וזה כיף. מקווה שהמחיר יישאר הוגן ושאוכל להגיע שוב כי אני צריכה לשהות לילה אחד בשבוע בירושלים לצורכי עבודה ואם המחיר יעלה משמעותית לא אוכל לחזור

Cons:

הייתי מציעה להקפיד קצת יותר על ניקיון אבק בחדר כדי למקסם את תחושת הניקיון אבל ככלל מנצח כל מלון אחר שניסיתי בירושלים עד עכשיו וניסיתי הרבה לצורכי עבודה.

חופשה מושלמת ושרות מושלם!!!

השרות היה מעולה. הצוות מאוד אדיב ונענה לכל בקשה במאור פנים ובסבלנות. כל מה שביקשנו הביאו לנו לחדר, קומקום, כרית וכו. ואפילו שדרגו את החדר.
