Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price.

התארחנו ללילה במלון והכל היה פשוט מושלם!
איך שהגענו קיבלה אותנו בקבלה סעדיה שהיתה מאד שירותית, אדיבה והכי חשוב חיוך גדול ומזמין.
קיבלנו חדר יפה, נקי, מאובזר בכל מה שצריך.
ארוחת הבוקר טובה וטעימה מלאה בכל טוב.
מיקום המלון מרכזי מאד. מרחק הליכה מהכותל, שדרות ממילא ובריכת הסולטן. מלון מתוק ביותר ושווה. תודה רבה 🙏🏼

המקום בסהכ נחמד וקרוב לממילא.
ארוחת הבוקר הייתה מאכזבת ממש!!! גם הגודל, גם המבחר ובטח שלא שווה את המחיר שהוספנו.
החדרים מאד קטנים וצפופים.

במקלחת הייתה סמימה נאלצתי להוציא שיערות של אורחי המלון הקודמים. הבריכה צפופה קטנה ולא תואמת לכמות האורחים ולא מוצלת בנינו עליה אבל לא הייה איפה לשבת ונאלצנו ללכת. לא אמרתם שהספא לא פתוח בסופש רק כשהגענו זה לא מצויין באתר ומאכזב לאללה גם חשבנו שיש ספא גקוזי וכו אבל זה רק עיסויים שגם עולים מחיר מופקע מאכזב. אין לובי למלון אין איפה לשבת מבאס. אין שירות חדרים אי אפשר להזמין כלום מהמטבח כשבשישי ערב רב המקומות סגורים בירושלים רצינו משהו מתוק. לא הייתי מתלוננת אם המחיר לא הייה כה גבוה ברמה של מלון חמישה כוכבים אך בלי המתקן. שלא לדבר שהוצאתם אותנו מהחדר לפני הצק אאוט ונעלתם את החדרים. אבללל הצוות נפלא והחדר והמקלחת מהממים הזרם מדהים וגם הסבונים.

Comfy bed. Gourmet breakfast. Near a wonderful shopping mall.
No parking. Had to drag cases a long way..No downstairs loo. Dark corridors, couldn't read number of room in the gloom. Breakfast cost extra. Receptionist seemed offhand. Ni acknowledgement of us as a honeymoon couple. Balcony tiny and looked frighteningly precarious.
