Good location and generally a nice room.
Parking instructions gave wrong address, which complicated arrival unnecessarily. No coffee maker in room. No garbage pail in room - only small one in bathroom. Bathroom towels located in closet outside of bathroom.
Had dessert and drinks in the bar and breakfast in the restaurant, all excellent. Best accomodations in Fargo. Always stay here when we're in town.

Calling the Jasper Hitel the best hotel in Fargo may be a bit over the top, since it’s the only hotel I’ve stayed at in Fargo. However, the hotel had everything I need — ideal location , great service, stylish decor, reasonable price. Who could ask for anything more?
BEST place to stay in Fargo!! Rooms are very spacious and decorated very nicely. You get a great view of the downtown area. The staff are very friendly and you can tell that they are there to make your stay perfect.
I stayed at the Jasper Hotel while in Fargo for a business trip and had a wonderful experience. Every staff member I encountered was professional, welcoming, and genuinely kind throughout my stay.
I ate at Rosewild daily and quickly found several favorites on the menu. I also became a regular at the coffee bar, where the vanilla latte and lavender honey latte were definitely highlights of my mornings.
The hotel provided a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere that made being away from home for work much more enjoyable. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would absolutely choose the Jasper again when returning to Fargo.
Excellent staff/customer service. Comfortable room to stay in after a busy work engagement. The large tiled shower with the smoothing rain shower head was a wonderful feature. The green chair was just what I needed to curl up with a book after such a busy evening. It was also a great stop to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning overlooking the pretty cityscape. If you want to do a little exploring there are some great shops located near the hotel that are in walking distance. The noise level did not seem too bad. Typical city sounds. The room service staff were wonderful and I received by orders within 10 minutes. Customer service/front desk staff were extremely helpful and answered all my questions. Parking in Block 9 garage was a little tricky due to the lack of signage indicating to go past the gates to reach the hotel parking.
Front desk staff were EXCEPTIONAL on checkin!
Unique tasteful room. GREAT location
No drawers and LIMITED closet space. “Free” coffee available at front desk, we were on an upper floor. Not a huge issue. But in the morning on Day 2, the pot was empty. Nearby NOT-busy young man at the front desk said “you’ll have to let the bar know”. The bar was a foot away. He could use a lesson in customer service.
Parking was a nightmare because of the Fargo Fest…needed better signage and directions. Initially parked in the wrong garage right next door, cost $5 to get out (not a big deal, just added to the frustration of being on the road all day!!)

Very lovely hotel. We also loved the art in the lobby and wished we had this art displayed in our home! The parking was also very convenient

Thermostat only went to 65 but wouldn’t actually go down past 68
Excellent location, close to great restaurants and shops, and the buzz of downtown Fargo. Hotel was clean with a chill vibe that we needed. The staff were friendly and helpful. All-in-all, a wonderful stay and we'll definitely keep Jasper at the top of our list if we return to Fargo.

I love the Jasper Hotel. It is a well-decorated, with interesting decor, giving it personality and making it feel boutique-like. The hotel is always clean and the staff is friendly. It is a very comfortable and compelling place to stay.
This hotel is an overpriced courtyard Marriott. The staff were mediocre and the food was ok. The beds were comfortable but again nothing special about the decor. The maids don’t clean on a daily basis unless you ask. For a high end hotel I expected impeccable service throughout. The Jasper fell way below what I expected. The location was nice but a lot of homeless people around the hotel grounds. There were nice events in the park adjacent to the hotel.
Location was just perfect.
Parking lot was not available near by. The remote of the tv was not working didn’t quite sleep tv was on I try to unplug it I couldn’t.
