Good hotel rooms, spacious,food was yummy. Breakfast was amazing. Staff was also very helpful and friendly. A special thanks to Ayush Chandrana for his hospitality.He was proactive and thoughtful.

Very good food and ambience. Staff is very and polite. Babli , shrinivas , simran , pooja Mr. Bhushan, . Chef nikhil and sjuan. Came to table to meet us and the food prep was really nice.

Recently stayed with family at Gateway Ahmedabad for a short vacation
Overall, we had a very pleasant stay at Gateway Ahmedabad. The property is fairly new, modern, and in a prime location with easy access to great cafes and shopping areas.
• The room we stayed in was spacious but with twin beds and furniture occupied quite amount of space.
• The staff always greeted us with a smile and everyone was very Courteous
• Breakfast and Lunch at Aura was very enjoyable and the service was excellent. AURA seemed to be the USP for this hotel and smiling , prompt and attentive service from everyone at Aura made the difference. A very satisfying and enjoyable experience
Points to Ponder:
• The sliding door of the bathroom was without a lock and caused little inconvenience as some area of the entry is blocked by the washbasin platform
• Check In and Check Out has to be quicker.
• Call on “0” should be answered promptly. I had tried 3 times with no response.
• When booking is confirmed for 3 guests, the system should have a facility to inform house keeping to place 3 Towels, 3 Hand Towels etc.
The swimming pool was clean and well maintained.
We truly enjoyed our stay and experienced the true hospitality with warmth for which IHCL hotels are known for

Priyanshu & Saif Ali did an excellent job with the cleaning. They followed all instructions carefully, were very understanding, and clearly well-trained. Highly appreciated!

Taj can never ever disappoint - whatever property it is! Had a lovely stay at Gateway recently, what an amazing property. Great location, delicious food with a huge spread, nice indoor pool and above all - very very cooperative and courteous team.
Would like to give a special thanks to Rohit Shrivastava the front office manager for his warmth, humble behaviour and cooperative nature along with his team including Dhvani and Pratikkha from the front desk, Asif from the bell desk, Shiv from the house keeping, Khushal from the IRD and Dipika & team from the restaurant. You guys are doing a great job! Keep going!
