Taj can never ever disappoint - whatever property it is! Had a lovely stay at Gateway recently, what an amazing property. Great location, delicious food with a huge spread, nice indoor pool and above all - very very cooperative and courteous team.
Would like to give a special thanks to Rohit Shrivastava the front office manager for his warmth, humble behaviour and cooperative nature along with his team including Dhvani and Pratikkha from the front desk, Asif from the bell desk, Shiv from the house keeping, Khushal from the IRD and Dipika & team from the restaurant. I recently stayed at Taj Gateway Ahmedabad on Sindhu Bhavan Road and had a truly memorable experience. The hotel is spotless, with spacious and comfortable rooms paired with a stylish, welcoming ambience that suits both business and leisure guests.

The staff were consistently attentive, warm, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay.

A special mention to *F&B Manager Mr. Bhatia* — he made sure we overindulged at every meal, tempting us with a spread of delicacies from his kitchen. *Babli* also deserves a mention for her constant smile and attentive service.

Housekeeping was prompt and kept the room immaculate. *Shiv Shankar* was particularly proactive, ensuring we never had to ask twice for anything we needed.

What truly set the experience apart was the leadership. *General Manager Mr. Naveen* sets a high standard for hospitality here. The team’s professionalism and warmth clearly reflect his commitment to guest satisfaction, and his hands-on approach to guest feedback shows he’s deeply involved in maintaining quality at every level.

A wonderful stay overall. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Ahmedabad.

I recently stayed at the Gateway Hotel on Sindhu Bhavan Road from April 13th to 15th, and the experience was absolutely fantastic. True to the Taj group's legacy, the hospitality here is extraordinary.

Right from the start, the check-in process was incredibly smooth and welcoming. A major highlight of my stay was the restaurant experience, which was truly awesome. I want to extend my sincere appreciation to Simran, Ritu, Puja, Yash, Babli, and the restaurant in-charge. They put their heart into their work and go above and beyond to take care of the guests.

What truly set this stay apart was my last day. Simran reached out to me with a beautiful surprise—a special farewell cake arranged exclusively for me on behalf of the hotel. It was such a touching gesture that made my trip incredibly memorable.

I have attached a photograph of the wonderful team who made this happen. Even though I couldn't figure out the names of four of the people in the picture, my heartfelt thanks go out to the entire team. I will remember the Gateway forever for this amazing warmth and hospitality. Highly recommended!

Rooms were well maintained—special thanks to Neelesh. Babli from the restaurant was very sweet, and both Krupal from the staff and Santosh at reception were very kind and helpful. I do wish the AC remote allowed temperature control instead of only preset modes.
