Viel Licht und viel Schatten
Pros:

Das Parkhaus ist hell und geräumig.
Das Zimmer war modern und sauber, das Bett bequem.
Das Hotel ist de facto das Bahnhofsgebäude und somit ist Zuglärm normal; eine (noch) bessere Schallisolierung wäre trotzdem schön.

Nach der Buchung habe ich telefonisch eine Parkplatz hinzu gebucht. Hier wurde ich gebeten, eine halbe Stunde vor Ankunft anzurufen, um einen temporären Zugangscode zur Garage zu erfragen. Es wurde versäumt zu erwähnen, dass an Wochenenden zwischen ca. 12 und 17 Uhr niemand erreichbar ist. Wir kamen wie geplant gegen 15 Uhr an und konnten nicht in die Garage, bis wir schließlich eingecheckt hatten.
Der Check-In am Computer war kompliziert aufgebaut und zu langwierig; zudem ist das Display zu klein. Es gab eine Schlange von Gästen, die einchecken wollten. Ich musste insges. 4 Gästen helfen, durch den Prozess zu kommen.
Der Teppichboden sollte bei Zeiten grundgereinigt, besser erneuert werden. Die Kissen waren sehr weich.
Beim Frühstück sprach ich den MA der Rezeption auf den leeren Eier-Behälter an, der das entschuldigte, dass "das der Kollege noch nicht bemerkt" habe (diesen Kollegen hatte ich auch noch nicht gesehen). Nach ca 10 Minuten wurden ca 10 Eier aufgefüllt und waren nach wenigen Minuten wieder weg. Eine erneute Nachfrage bei besagtem Kollegen brachte als Antwort, dass er mache keine Eier mehr, schließlich sein die Frühstückszeit in 10 Minuten vorüber - es saßen noch ca 15 frühstückende Gäste im Raum

Pros:

Distance of Hotel from the train station and shopping centre was perfect.
Top security.
Comfy beds.

Cons:

The room floor 535 wasn't clean, especially by the bed against the Window. There is dry, what looks like Vomit on the floor and sprinkles of it, just below the Matress.
The corner had Cobwebs.

Für Kurztrips nach Köln sehr zu empfehlen wegen der Nähe zum Bahnhof, in 25 min am Kölner Dom

Geschikt als doorreishotel, maar weet wel wat je (niet) mag verwachten.
Cons:

Het inchecken via de terminal in de hal van het hotel. Onduidelijk, kleine letters, slecht verlicht. Kortom een hel. Terwijl de auto niet ergens tijdelijk geparkeerd kon worden en ook nog niet in de parkeergarage kon worden neergezet. Alle nummers en drukknoppen richting de receptie bleven onbeantwoord.

Verder was dit hotel minder schoon dan een hotel van dezelfde keten dat wij een dag eerder bezochten.
