Check-in is from 3pm, with early check-in available from 11am for a fee, subject to availability. Check-out is by 10am, with late check-out available until 1pm for a fee, also subject to availability. Please check with reception upon arrival.
Guests are also able to leave their bags in storage for a small fee.
Children must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 years or above. Recent photo ID may be required to verify the age of adults.
To help keep prices low and protect the environment, bedrooms are cleaned every six days at no extra cost. Complimentary towels are available from reception, and additional room cleaning can be purchased if required.
Bookings of six or more rooms must be made with the easyHotel Group Bookings Team.
Dogs up to 24 in are welcome, with a maximum of two per room for an additional fee payable at check-in. Cons:

The toilet brush and garbage bag are missing. The coffee machine is not working. Carpet cleaning after 8:00 PM is not necessary.

Pros:

The bed was really comfortable, there were lifts in the property and the bathroom ensuite was clean.

Cons:

The window in the room didn't open and the Aircon didn't work first time - I had to go back down to reception to ask them to turn it on and even then it was only changeable by 1 pt.

Good hotel for a 1 night stay, would not want to stay longer due to lack of storage
Pros:

The location was great, easy access to town centre

Cons:

The rooms were nice but small and storage is in short supply , had a small area to put clothes but no where near enough, not even a place to hang coats (not good when that are wet)

The air con was not working.
The windows dont open.
My bedding wasn't changed.
The coffee machine didn't work.
There are crack heads everywhere, probably a better stay in cardiff prison across the road.
£189 for two nights was extortionate. The employees should be wearing ski masks for daylight robbery at least.

Simple and clean
Pros:

Very clean room with comfortable bed.

Cons:

The bed room was very basic - a bed and a hanging area with two hangers.

Logement conforme à l'annonce, propre, et accueillant.
Pros:

Logement situé un peu en dehors du centre ville, mais très accessible si cela ne vous dérange pas de marcher pendant votre séjour. L'accueil du personnel a été parfait, tout était propre et comme sur les photos.

Cons:

Nous avons trouvé le matelas légèrement inconfortable (mais c'est propre à nous) et il serait bien de mettre une petite table pour pouvoir travailler. Attendez-vous au minimum de mobilier et vous ne serez pas déçu.
