Won't stay there again
Pros:

Location to my medical conference
Quiet, clean
Great work out room.
Room was upper corner with great view of sunset.
Room was very spacious with desk and lounge chair.
Initial check in person was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Room had shower door that got stuck. Handle on sink faucet hit the mirror making it impossible to turn on the water.
I was charged ridiculous amount for snacks. I really trusted them to provide shuttle from the airport, never happened.
Apparently they also provided shuttle service to other attendees, but when I asked they declined.
Nasty, dirty couches. Bar was left with dirty glasses on counter. No coffee.
Check out person this morning was unfriendly.

The rooms are quite quiet and clean the carpets in the hallways. You can almost trip over because they’re coming up off
Pros:

I like that it was close to Grapevine Mills Mall.

Cons:

There was no signage at the breakfast area and they were charging $18.89 for a basic continental breakfast. We’ve gotten our plates and then they said you had to pay.

Quiet, Safe, Close to Main St.
Pros:

The setup of the bathroom with large bottles of lotion, body wash, shampoo, conditioner is great and the bathroom is nice and big. This location is quiet, safe, and clean and there is plenty of parking.

Cons:

Rooms need better Keurig machines. I've stayed at this location several times and there's always a problem getting it to work. Also,t he elevator definitely needed to be mopped or swiffered when we checked out on a Sunday morning. It was not a good look.

Pros:

The breakfast area and the lobby were really nice. In the overall, it's a nice and clean hotel with very nice people at the front desk.

Cons:

The breakfast has several options to choose, but the quality of the food, except the croissants, was under our expectations. The coffee was really bad.

Very comfortable.
Pros:

Even though it was near the airport, I couldn’t hear the planes taking off. It was clean, provided amenities, and the food was excellent.

Cons:

I was surprised that the breakfast buffet was costly. I ordered the smallest breakfast on the menu, but could only eat half of it.

Not cheap but very good; lots of parking and conveniences, including full dinner menu at the bar.
Pros:

High tech (interesting) fittings - rolling door, rolling shower door, true walk-in shower. Keuring coffee maker. Lots of towels and outlets. Very clean. Bar soap and dish! Air conditioner and fan noise under guest control! Odd feature: whole room controlled by "master" switch by door.

Cons:

Refrigerator not very cold. Microwave, etc. in food nook turned off when nook light turned off, so clock had to be reset every time and it couldn't be left on overnight if light turned off. Slight problems with an otherwise excellent room.
