Un hotel aceptable, pero no es excepcional
Pros:

La ubicación es ideal.

Cons:

Clean and comfortable room with friendly staff and good breakfast, but overall overpriced rates
Pros:

+ very friendly staff throughout the hotel
+ early check-in was possible at no extra charge at 10 am
+ very good breakfast by Peruvian standards (incl. fruits, some sweets, warm dishes, etc.) but can get *very* crowded during peak hours (between 7-8 am)
+ two very nice jacuzzis on the rooftop with amazing city views and of the Misti volcano (has to be reserved 1h before intended usage, in which case the jacuzzi will be freshly prepared for you)
+ stable WiFi (but one has to sign up for faster internet access - something that should be a relic from 10 years ago)
+ clean and comfortable rooms (although the room size was not very big considering the high room rate)

Cons:

- even though the hotel is actually nice, considering the room size, the total value and the location in a city like Arequipa the room rate was overpriced (one can get good 5* hotels in Lima or even in Europe for a better price)
- gym was relatively small and basic - some more equipment would be nice

They use plastic curtains for the bathroom. They don't have slippers, no bathrobes, only towels. The TV is not Smart, it's not worth what you pay

Comfortable stay in great location
Pros:

Great hotel, very clean and excellent location.
Staff helpful, breakfast decent.

Cons:

Rooms were ordinary. Nothing to really complain about, but nothing special.
Not ideal that the windows cannot be opened in the rooms.

El edificio en sí es precioso, muy bien conservado y decorado con mucho gusto.
El personal es muy profesional y muy amable. Tuvieron incluso un detalle sorpresa el día de mi cumpleaños!
El buffet de desayuno es muy completo.
