Wonderful location, friendly and helpful staff, good room with nice layout. Exceeded expectations.
Pros:

Excellent location, freindly staff and room exceeded my expectations. Having a washer\dryer was fantastic as we have two small children.

Cons:

This was my first time staying in a lower-star rated hotel, however given that this had set some assumptions in my mind - I was extremely satisfied with our stay. While I would normally stay in a 4 or 5 star hotel, I would indeed stay here again.

Good, but mattress needs updating
Pros:

Spacious rooms, and the setup was great for me, my wife and young kid.

Cons:

The bed was uncomfortable. We woke up every morning with a sore back… not ideal… It’s also not that close to Shinjuku station, but close to the ODEO line which we used often.

Une bonne base dans Tokyo
Pros:

L'hôtel est très bien placé pour profiter de Tokyo et bien équipé. Le personnel est agréable et le petit-déjeuner, testé une fois, est bon. La machine à laver dans la chambre est appréciable.

Cons:

La chambre a plein de gadgets mais dispose de peu de place et de rangement pour les valises et habits. Le futon au bout de quelques jours n'était pas confortable.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado cerca de restaurantes, supermercados, el precio es un poco elevado tomando en cuenta que no incluye desayuno, pero si está equipada la habitación, tenía lavadora

צוות נהדר. אדיב, דובר אנגלית רהוטה, יש עזרה מצידם לכל בקשה ושאלה. מקצועיים ומנוסים ברמת 5 כוכבים. מיטות מצויינות. חדרים מפנקים. שקטים מאד למרות שהמיקום מרכזי. המון פינוקים על הדרך בחינם. לובי מקסים ונעים לשבת בו עם מכונת קפה ותה בחינם. בהחלט נחזור!

Pros:

New modern hotel in good location. Rooms were nice and handy to have washing machine/dryer in the room. Staff were efficient enough but not the friendliest/welcoming.
