a good place to rest. but far from the main shinjuku area
Pros:

we requested to change room due to the noise and apparently the staffs are very accomodating and very helpful to find us a quieter room. one thing for sure, the aircon is very cold and the bed is very comfy

Cons:

the room facing the main road is very noisy because there are a number of fire trucks that pass by every few minutes, it is very noisey especially when you are trying to sleep at night

Fantastisch verblijf met fantastisch personeel en een geweldige locatie.
Pros:

Het personeel was super behulpzaam en lief. Dit ga ik echt missen. Daarnaast was de locatie top! Dichtbij de convenience stores en de metro. De wasmachine op de kamer konden wij erg waarderen.

Cons:

De kamer was wat aan de kleine kant, maar dat is heel normaal in Japan. Het enige wat ik echt miste was een kast om je kleding en alle souvenirs in op te bergen. Nu lag alles door de (kleine) kamer heen.

We would highly recommend people to stay here, it is perfectly located & we will stay here again.
Pros:

Location was great, staff were excellent and super helpful. Our room was lovely and had everything we needed for a short stay.

Great location. Staff super friendly. Lots of free stuff. Breakfast really good. Washing machine/dryer in rooms. Really cannot fault this hotel.

Not cleaning the rooms during the stay is a negative, ideally the bedding and sheets should be changed more regularly if staying for a number of nights.
