The location and the staff proximity to c stores and pricing, little touches here and there, The breakfast in the hotel.
The room was just a bit too small, not enough space for the luggage and the outside view was blurred and it's hard to see the outside of the street.

- impossibilité de rentrer dans la chambre avant 15h alors que la chambre est prête, donc me demande un supplément pour rentrer avant ou sinon patienter 2h dans le lounge.
- 300€/nuit… rapport qualité prix mauvais.
Nice clean place, good to have some space to put bags down and a nice shower. Easy check in, easy check out.
Runs efficiently with pleasant staff who are not overly interactive (which can be nice in a hotel)
The noise is terrible from the emergency sirens and motorbikes going down the major road, all night long.
If I didn’t have noise cancelling headphones to sleep with, I would have been strung out - I was on the 10th floor.
Additionally, the pillows aren’t great as a westerner, very flat, and one of them had bean bag beans in it (?!?)

Everything was just perfect
Excellent emplacement - le vrai point fort de l’hôtel. Chambre plutôt spacieuse pour Tokyo. Machine à laver dans la chambre très pratique. Globalement propre. Personnel d’accueil très agréable
Le sèche linge fonctionnait mal (les filtres avaient besoin d’être nettoyés et faisaient puer les vêtements). Le room cleaning se limite aux poubelles et aux serviettes - il faut payer plus pour nettoyer la chambre et faire les lits. J’ai trouvé des gouttes de sang séchés sous la cuvette des toilettes le premier jour. Et dans les chambres confort, le climatiseur est situé au dessus du lit et envoie l’air en pleine tête, restant bruyant malgré le mode nuit. Le petit déjeuner a également baissé en gamme - il y a avait auparavant de petites portions individuelles soignées qu’ils ne font plus - et le manque d’amabilité du responsable et son intransigeance quant aux horaires sont fatigantes. Depuis 4 ans client de cet hôtel, les prix ont beaucoup augmenté mais les services ne suivent pas voire se détériorent. Le rapport qualité/prix n’est pour moi plus intéressant.

The room have the laundry and dryer is perfect
The staff was attentive, and the washer-dryer in the room was a bonus. They filled out all necessary paperwork for the transfer of my luggage and even called the next hotel to inform them of the luggage.
