Pros:

Been there twice during my stay so I could try it twice. Very good rooms with washing machines, haven’t use them but they were available. The first room I had had a little smell of sweat sometimes which was uncomfortable but besides that it was great ! The second room I had was pretty big compared to other hotels in Japan so great if you have big luggage. The decoration of the rooms makes them really cocooning I would say. Also the location is great.

Pros:

Was a nice space larger than expected.

Cons:

That there was cooking facilities in room as left an smell from previous guest, extra charges for housekeeping and checking in an hour early even though it was requested and the room was ready.

Pros:

Yuko was amazing, she helped us so much when we stayed there! She went above and beyond and is super friendly! The hotel itself is super close to Shinjuku hustle and bustle but just far enough to not be noisy. The room and hotel has great amenities! Even cleansing oil, face wash, lotion and face milk for the girls!

Cons:

Nothing, it was perfect!
