Pros:

Super zentrale Lage.

Cons:

Wir waren 5 Nächte im Hotel und die wunderschöne Rooftopbar war nur an einem Abend geöffnet!!!
Auch das Frühstücksbuffet war verbesserungsfähig.

My second stay at the hotel. Highly recommended
Pros:

The hotel is centrally located within a 5 minute walk of all the main attractions. The rooms are clean and a good, generous breakfast awaits you in the morning. Last but not least, the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Not a 4 star hotel
Pros:

The only saving grace of this place is the exceptional terrace at the top. Shame that the bar seems to be always closed.

Cons:

This is definitely not a 4 star hotel. It is a cheap chain knockoff of what the original hotel was like (I know for experience). The staff are untrained and some were rude. The room is clean but the furnishing and amenities are cheap as a budget hotel. I booked it to have a fancy night out and I was thoroughly disappointed.

Tudo perfeito: localização, ambiente, café da manhã, colchão, chuveiro. O quarto é super confortável para famílias.

Cons:

Eles providenciam estacionamento, mas é preciso caminhar um pouco: melhor fazer o desembarque antes de estacionar.

Very helpful & professional front desk staff. One accompanied us to our car park & escorted us to the designated hotel car park.

Sehr gute Lage, Dachterrasse
Der Einweiser im der Garage war sehr kompetent

Cons:

Dachterrasse ab 19.00 leider geschlossen, der Boden im Bad war komplett nass, weil eine Handbrause nicht dicht war. Es war mit Handtüchern nicht zu beseitigen und sehr rutschig
Der Service beim Frühstück war sehr langsam, die Person war wohl noch in der Ausbildund, weil sehr jung

Très très agréable
Pros:

Personnel charmant avec mention spéciale pour Giulia qui est très pro très réactive et très sympa ! L hôtel est très très bien situé et le parking est un must . Bon petit déjeuner et hôtel charmant ! On a beaucoup apprécié la gentillesse du personnel et la très jolie chambre !
