Schöne Nächte in Mantua
Pros:

DIe Lage war super und hätte besser nicht sein können. Zimmer war sehr schön, wenn auch etwas spärlich möbliert. Wunderbare Aussicht von der Zimmerterrasse. Parken in der Tiefgarage erfordert präzises Lenken, ist aber machbar. Frühstück völlig in Ordnung, nichts fehlte. Eine längere Verfügbarkeit der Rezeption wäre wünschenswert. WIr würden das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen,

Great location, exceptional staff. Would absolutely recommend.
Pros:

Staff were amazing and everyone went out of their way to ensure we were happy. The breakfast was wonderful and we were given a free voucher for a drink on the rooftop terrace which had a great views of Mantova. They even upgraded us to a bigger room. We will definitely return on our next visit.

Dass die Rooftop Bar nicht im Betrieb war und das Frühstück nicht dort eingenommen werden konnte. Ich hatte wegem diesem Kriterium gebucht.
Geundsätzlich stimmt Preisleistung gar nicht.

мы получили очень плохое впечатление от пребывания в этой гостинице. на следующее утро после вселения в гостиницу мы вышли в лоби, поздоровались с девушкой на рецепшн и уехали путешествовать. вечером когда
вернулись наш ключ не смог открыть дверь. на рецепшене другая работница сказала что нас переселили в другой номер якобы по нашей просбе. а прежний номер уже заселен другими людьми . нам показали новый номер и он был несравнимо хуже первого. часть наших вещей остатась в прежнем номере включая деньги и документы в сейфе. так же продукты которые мы оставили в мине баре и вещи в ванной комнаты. нам не позволяли зайти в прешний номер что бы забрать наши вещи. мы были готовы обратиться в полицию. но дежурная вачерной смены смогла уговорить постояльцев прежнего номера впустить нас что бы в ее пристствии смогли забрать наши вещи. это был очень травматичный опыт.

in der Panorama Suite hat man eine phantastische Aussicht auf die Altstadt - von einer schönen Terasse aus
sehr zentral und daher gut, um die Stadt zu erkunden
viel Platz in der Tiefgarage

gute Klimaanlage
sehr, sehr gutes Frühstück mit sehr freundlichem Personal - toll

Cons:

Tiefgarage ist mit 19,00 Euro je Tag nicht günstig
man muss den Autoschlüssel abgeben ......Sinn erschließt sich mir nicht wirklich - wurde auch nicht (zumindest nicht auf der Tonspur) begründet

Tutto perfetto!
Pros:

Ottima posizione in centro, ci hanno dato un upgrade di stanza e il personale è stato gentile e cordiale. Colazione ricca e ampia scelta. Sicuramente ci ritorneremo ❤️
