Cons:

Rooftop bar closed despite still advertising it and one of the reasons we chose this hotel. No coffee in room or breakfast tea despite requesting it. Kettle had to be plugged in on floor with adapter removed from bedside light. Only one shower gel, shampoo etc despite two people occupying room. Only one toilet roll. Shower leaked on to floor.

Posizione eccellente e staff super disponibile

Hotel ben posizionato a 2 passi dai principali monumenti di Mantova. Chiaramente vista la posizione centralissima è normale che si senta un po' di brusio proveniente dalle vie sottostanti. Essendo in auto abbiamo usufruito del parcheggio considerato che l'hotel è in ztl e non ci sono parcheggi gratuiti disponibili nelle vicinanze. È stata necessaria qualche manovra in più perchè era pieno visto il ponte del 2 giugno, ma siamo stati contenti della nostra scelta.
Il personale è stato disponibile e gentile. Ci siamo trovati bene fin dal nostro arrivo con aperitivo sulla terrazza con vista privilegiata di mantova e anche il giorno della partenza abbiamo potuto lasciare i bagagli e usufruire dei servizi. La camera e il bagno erano adatta alle nostre esigenze e pulite (ma siamo stati solo una notte).
Colazione di buona qualità c'erano sia opzioni dolci che salate anche se la scelta non era ampissima. Buona la frutta fresca sostituita di frequente e i dolci e le brioche freschi di giornata.

Cons:

Un po' duro il materasso e i cuscini e rumorosa l'aria condizionata ma per una notte non è stato necessario farlo presente.

Vacanza in bicicletta sulle rive del Mincio
Pros:

Esperienza perfetta, posizione centralissima per noi che viaggiavamo in bicicletta e ci ha permesso di visitare la città spostandoci a piedi. La struttura ha la possibilità di posteggiare le bicilette al suo interno in luogo sicuro.

Cons:

Tutto perfetto ma se proprio volessimo fare un commento ci è dispiaciuto che il bar dell'hotel all'ultimo piano dell'edificio, con vista panoramica sul centro storico, non fosse al momento funzionante.
