Für uns ist das Hotel sehr zu empfehlen, wegen der tollen Lage und dem Personal.
Pros:

Unser Zimmer hat einen eigen SPA Bereich gehabt und alles ist sehr sauber gewesen

Schönes 4-Sterne-Hotel in einem historischen Gebäude.
Pros:

Obwohl gar nicht gebucht, bekamen wir die Spa Suite 411. Toll: zwei Bäder und ein Jacuzzi auf dem Balkon. Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig, wir konnten aber ungestört schlafen, weder von lauten Gästen noch von Straßenlärm belästigt. Die Lage ist mitten im historischen Zentrum, sehr gut, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Die Garage, die für € 19 pro Tag dazugebucht werden kann, ist sehr eng, muss also nicht sein. Man kann sicher auch auf der Straße in der Innenstadt um € 5 pro Tag gut öffentlich parken, man muss das nur im Hotel kundtun. Das Frühstück war für italienische Verhältnisse sehr gut mit einem großen Obstangebot.

Cons:

Das hoteleigene WLan funktionierte kaum.
Beim Frühstück ist der Gedanke der Nachhaltigkeit noch nicht eingekehrt (alles war extra verpackt, sogar Salz und Pfeffer!).

Centralissimo e moderno
Pros:

Centralissimo, proprio sulla piazza del mercato. Camera moderna e pulita. Colazione a buffet molto ricca. Personale gentilissimo a fornire indicazioni su come arrivare vista la ZTL di cui fa parte, e per la quale attivano il pass. Ho anche usufruito del loro parcheggio a pochi passi dall'hotel.
A noi non ha dato fastidio ma il campanile suona ad ogni ora anche la notte, e la piazza ha molti locali quindi c'è rumore fino a tardi, ma se si ha un sonno pesante non ci sono problemi.

The location was perfect in the center and everything was clean. Parking was available although at a location off-site.

The shower was a bit outdated and worked but was partially loose/broken.

La posizione centralissima con vista sui monumenti della città. Lo staff molto solare e gentile. Colazione ottima con prodotti locali. Letto molto comodo.

Cons:

Solo il garage un po' distante dall'hotel. Per caricare i bagagli al momento della partenza è necessario prendere istruzioni precise perché con il navigatore e i divieti stradali è complicato
