Pros:

This hotel is so very luxurious. From the moment one walks in, one is greeted by extremely friendly staff and wonderful smells from grand flower arrangements. We made use of the bar and the buffet for dinner once as well as for breakfast. The food and drinks are very delicious. The service by staff is exceptionally professional and welcoming. The hotel is connected to a shopping centre which is very useful. The swimming pool has great views and is great for a swim and cooling off. There is also a fantastic gym and sauna and steam room (separate for men/women). The location is good, it felt like as a good middle ground in terms of distance from airport and the city. The room was one of the best I have ever been too - very large, very clean and new, superb bathroom products etc. I cannot speak more highly of the hotel and the service. Big shout out to Phurba Sangay Yolmo who has been very attentive during his service.

Lovely place and a must visit. Special shout out to guest relations for being on top of their game.
Pros:

The plane is top notch on all fronts. Right from reception to food and drinks. It’s by the mall so shopping is an easy pastime. I’ll definitely be back.
