Pros:

Nice room. Had everything we needed, clean, good bathroom facilities and bed comfortable.

Cons:

Good location (very near to the station) but general area not so nice. Disappointed that we had to pay extra to store our luggage - this is the first time we have ever had to do that in a hotel. We booked the wrong date and there was no flexibility in moving our booking. We were simply charged in full for both nights. Although the hotel were well within their rights to do this a gesture of some sort to recognise that we did not use the room on the first booking would have been nice.

Alles war ok! Personal sehr freundlich, Zimmer sauber aber auch recht klein.
Das Hotelpersinal hat freundlicherweise den Frühstückspreis rückerstattet. Frühstück ist nur ok, wemn man gern wirlich preiswerteste Convenienceprodukte mag.

Cons:

Das Frühstück ist zu 100% Convenience und dafür mit ca. 14€ deutlich zu teuer.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was very good and varied. I highly recommend it.
Pros:

A 4-star hotel that truly lives up to its 4-star rating. Modern, clean hotel with a rich breakfast.

It's a good location because the metro and train are a 3-minute walk away.

Cons:

I liked everything, though it would have been nice to find some slippers.

Pros:

Wir waren das zweite mal da. Die Lage am Bahnhof ist super und mit deutschen Verhältnissen nicht zu vergleichen. Sauber und sicher. Straßenbahn und Metro fußläufig zu erreichen. Das Frühstück top, das Personal sehr sehr freundlich und die Zimmer sauber.

Gutes, abwechslungsreiches Frühstück. Bequeme Betten. Grosses Zimmer.

Cons:

Viel Staub im Zimmer. Staub auf dem Brett am Kopfende des Bettes, viel Staub auf dem Brett über dem Fernseher, Staub auf der Hutablage. Flecken auf den Armaturen des Badezimmers. War auch nicht besser, nachdem ich um Zimmerreinigung gebeten hatte. Personal war höflich, hielt sich aber recht knapp in den Auskünften.
