Room allocation on different floors is not good for a group in which children are also part of it.Allotted two rooms on a different floor, it is impossible to go from one floor to another without cards It created a lot of problems in moving from one room to another.

Gute Lage, nettes Personal, aber hier und da Abstriche
Pros:

Die Lage in Nähe der S Bahn Station war super um schnell nach Frankfurt zu kommen. Die Auswahl am Frühstücksbüffet war auch sehr gut mit Brötchen, süßen Teilchen, sogar Leberkäse mit Spiegeleiern. Die Mitarbeiter beim Frühstück waren sehr nett und haben sofort reagiert wenn etwas ausging. Leider etwas wenige Plätze im Frühstücksraum, aber das Hotel war auch voll. Das Zimmer war sauber und die Betten bequem. Der Self Check in ging schnell und kompliziert, ist aber vielleicht nicht für jeden was. Rezeptionspersonal ist aber auch da und kann weiter helfen.

Cons:

Im Bad gab es weder eine Ablage für Kosmetikutensilien, noch eine Aufhangmöglichkeit für Handtücher, was ich ziemlich unpraktisch finde. Man möchte nicht alles auf den Boden legen. Das Hotel war sehr voll bei unserem Besuch, wir haben mitbekommen, dass es Probleme gab mit Doppelbuchungen etc., dies macht nicht immer den besten Eindruck. Das Personal war aber bemüht alle unterzubringen. Wir waren davon zum Glück nicht betroffen. Zudem fand ich es schwierig, dass man alles nur über den Fahrstuhl erreichen konnte. Ich würde hier und da auch die Möglichkeit haben wollen die Treppe zu nutzen. Man kann mit der Zimmerkarte nur in seinen eigenes Stockwerk fahren, was grundsätzlich ja in Ordnung ist, aber schnell problematisch wird, wenn man als Familie auf 2 unterschiedlichen Etagen ist und sich gegenseitig nichts bringen kann, da man mit seiner Karte nicht in das andere Stockwerk gelangt. Parkplätze sind in der Tiefgarage vorhanden, waren aber an diesem Wochenende wohl auch voll, wir hatten Glück relativ zeitig angereist zu sein.
