Would love to give a 10 star review but the wrong room was a huge inconvenience. They tried blaming it on booking.com bu
Pros:

The property was very clean, updated, and the rooms had a lot of space.

Cons:

I booked a room with two queen beds and they gave me room with one king bed. With two kids and two adults this is really not acceptable. My daughter didn’t want to sleep on the couch & she shouldn’t have had to considering I paid for a double queen room.

A pleasant experience.

Convenient, Safe and Comfortable...Plus a Great Breakfast!
Pros:

Flight delays caused me to arrive more than 2 hours after my scheduled arrival date/time but my room was held and the staff greeted me very warmly when I finally showed up. The hotel looks like it has been recently renovated -- everything looks fresh and clean -- and my room was really comfortable. Convenient and safe location. I definitely recommend Hampton Inn Richmond Short Pump.

Paying gor parking-no guard in the lot, no value attached. Breakfast worker was surly. I was told no more waffle mix at 0815 Saturday morning. Not impressed.

Pros:

Everything about our room was perfect. The location couldn't have been better. Close to restaurants and stores so you don't have to do too much driving if you're just looking to have a relaxing stay.
