Comfortable, spacious lodging in a slightly off-central location.
Pros:

Clean and spacious lodging with free dedicated parking. The beds were comfortable and laundry soap was provided for the washing machine. We were also able to rent a car for a reasonable price from their car rental partner, and check in for the hotel and car rental are in the same location so this is very convenient. The car rental partner provides an airport shuttle. The staff are very responsive. We had a good stay and recommend this property for a good cost performance.

Cons:

The property isn’t near anything (or is a bit of a walk to Sunayama beach) so driving is necessary to go to dinner or the convenience store, but we did know this so were prepared. It would be nice if they could provide a knife and cutting board because Miyako has delicious fresh fruit and it was challenging trying to eat them (I bought it before arriving at the property, only to realize I wouldn’t be able to cut the fruit).

静かでビーチに近いアパートメント
Pros:

コンパクトなお部屋で良かった。掃除道具もあったので便利。コンビニも近い（車　3分、徒歩 15分）
玄関に傘置いてあって便利だった。

Cons:

浴室乾燥使用したらカビのニオイがしたので使いづらい。ハンドソープがなかった。テレビの位置が高すぎる。

地理位置雖然不是最優 但其實一點也不影響 反而有安靜的夜晚可以好好休息很讚 附近也有全家開車五分鐘的距離

Pros:

砂山ビーチまで近かった。
シャンプーが髪に合ったのか、海の後でもギシギシしなかった

Cons:

バスタオルが固い、浴室乾燥ではなかなか乾かない、掃除機が無い、ベットマットがずれる

Pros:

Very cozy small apartment. Beds are very confortable and the appartment is well furnished (fridge, microwave, washing machine, ...). It is a little outside from the down town, there is some restaurant accessible by walk. If you have a car, there is a parking and you can go around easily. The area is very quiet.
