El servicio, la climatización va perfecta y el personal muy atento.
Por poner un pequeño “pero” un poco de despiste en la limpieza de la habitación, igual sobraban toallas un día que faltaban otro, un poco también la puntualidad de limpieza pero perfectamente compensado con la calidad del servicio.
Breakfast was amazing a good selection of foods and a lady that made fresh omelette for us.
Desayuno excelente, habitaciones premium, jardin tropical con camas balinesas excelente.
Poca sombra en las piscinas, hotel masificado, calidad mas acorde a un 4 estrellas que a un 5 estrellas. Trabajadores llevando a sus amigos y reservandoles las mejores hamacas (i.e. socorrista piscina).
La verdad es que es difícil contestar pues lo vi todo bastante mediocre … Personal amable , en general , si.
No tiene standing de 5 estrellas ni mucho menos .
Habitaciones más dignas de un apartamento que de un hotel , sillones incómodos , decoración escasa .
Personal muy poco preparado.
Buffet escaso y decoración calidad muy baja.
Extremadamente caro por lo que es.

Piscina pequeña, poco espacio de tumbonas, las cuales los huéspedes dejaban las toallas a modo de reserva de plaza, por tanto, no había tumbonas ni camas disponibles...

Stayed here for 6 days, great hotel with wonderful staff. Gym pools and other areas are great, the only minor thing is that there was no things to do for kids, would be great with a biljard table or pingpong table or other games one can enjoy as a family with kids
