The suite we had was fantastic could not fault it
Five stars for the suite. Minus several for the rest of the “experience.”
We paid a small fortune for a suite and, credit where it’s due, the room was excellent. Spacious, comfortable, nicely done. The hotel clearly knows how to make a bed. After that, it was as if someone in accounts took over.
The dinner buffet was a masterclass in price-gouging dressed up as hospitality. €35 a night or a generous €20 if you booked it for the entire stay, like a loyalty discount for people who enjoy being charged twice for the same average food. The cooking was fine in the way a motorway service station is “fine.” Nobody’s writing home about it. Nobody should be paying €35 for it either.
Parking: €19 a day. For the privilege of leaving a car somewhere while you sleep in a room you’ve already overpaid for. Bold.
So: magnificent suite, mediocre buffet, parking priced like it came with a valet and a glass of champagne (it did not). The whole stay had that special feeling of having been expertly relieved of extra cash after already paying through the nose.
Would not return. Would not use this group again. The room was lovely. Everything attached to it felt like a surcharge with a smile.

La habitación con microondas para poder calentar los pures del nene. Y la comida espectacular!
La localización, no hay nada al rededor para visitar
Ruime kamer en badkamer. Goede douche. Bijzonder prettige en behulpzame ontvangst. Goed en uitgebreid ontbijt. Ruime parkeergarage.
Matras slecht en kussens weliswaar 3 verschillende formaten, maar alledrie even dun. Bank viel niet op te zitten, van het tafeltje op het balkon ontbraken 3 van de 5 poten, waardoor het niet viel te gebruiken. Bediening bar had geen enkele aandacht voor hun gasten. Jammer, want zoals boven beschreven: de ontvangst was prettig en de kamer (junior suite) is in beginsel mooi en ruim.
En general el hotel está muy bien y las instalaciones también. El personal es muy amable.
A mejorar los servicios que ofrecen para ser 5 estrellas.
El snack bar de la piscina tiene poco de snack. No deja de ser un restaurante y no tiene ni unas papas o snacks para acompañar la cerveza.
Han querido establecer una sola tarea para cada persona que tienen trabajando, lo cuál, sino está bien sincronizado, ralentiza mucho los servicios. Si para comer, hay una persona que acomoda, una para la bebida, otra para la comida y no estan todas coordinadas, estas tres horas esperando desde que te sientas hasta que comes.
El servicio de la piscina es mejorable. Supuestamente tu puedes pedir bebida a traves de la app para que te la sirvan en la hamaca en la que estas en la piscina y tienes que elegir también la hora. Pero la realidad es que media hora después de la hora que tenían que habernos servido, me acerqué al restaurante a preguntar y el camarero me dijo que es que hacía más de media hora que no miraba el móvil para ver si había algun servicio pendiente, cosa que sería comprensible si el restaurante estubiera a tope de gente, pero no había nadie.
