Pros:

Tutto veramente pulito, camere grandissime e comode, il cibo vario e ottimo, personale disponibile e gentile,le attività carine e l'animazione giusta senza essere invadente. Anche la dimensione del resort è perfetta soprattutto con dei bamnini non si devono fare km per raggiungere i vari ristoranti o piscine. Tutto perfetto ci tornerei sicuramente

Lovely hotel, immaculately clean, lovely friendly staff
Pros:

Beautiful decor and very well kept grounds with staff constantly working to ensure the gardens look amazing. Such a lovely welcoming hotel. Immaculate throughout. Lovely pool and plenty of sun beds. Great room. Lovely, warm and friendly staff especially Sarah who gave us such a personal welcome.

Cons:

Not enough staff on the pool bar, drinks not great, only one restaurant/buffet choice. Two al a carte restaurants with extra charges

Beautiful hotel, fantastic food and staff.
Pros:

We really enjoyed the food and our room was great. The hotel was beautiful and really clean and tidy. We used the shuttle into the city a couple of times which worked really well, the shuttle times coming back weren’t as good. The staff were so friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The drinks were pretty bad, the cocktails didn’t taste great but you could buy nicer ones on top of what’s included. Would have been good to be able to get a proper coffee as well, the machines available didn’t taste great.

The perfect all inclusive for a family of 5 (older kids) looking to relax x
Pros:

Seriously - everything.

There was nothing not to like. It is typically Moroccan. Great staff. Very relaxed, good food, generosity with all drinks and options.

Yes the food is quite samey but it works for everyone and it’s a typical all inclusive.
The staff were so friendly and of course looking for their tips but that’s their life and culture-
For me it was the perfect stay with our family of five

Cons:

Maybe the option to go inside for a final night cap after midnight…. But even as i write it i feel that is just being greedy x there is more than enough offered all day x
